Friendly reception staff. Room was very clean and well laid out. Lovely stay. Easy to get to shops and amenities a short walk away

The reception staff are always incredibly welcoming and friendly. The apartment is spotlessly clean with a large well equipped kitchen and everything I could need.

Great location and friendly staff. Apartment was spacious and comfortable but could have been cleaner. Glasses were dirty and knives were unwashed. This leaves you feeling less comfortable and looking for more issues.

Staff were lovely and the room was nice.

Check in was easy, big space, bathtub, really comfy bed, fridge, washing machine...it was great! Only issue was the satellite was a bit spotty and the street behind the building, Prince of Wales, seemed a bit run down. Quite a few boarded up places and noticed a sign for a"gentlemen's club". Ick. But it was just a short walk to the cathedral and market.

This was a one night stay after a gig so the facilities were not required. However, everything was sufficient. A very late booking, we cannot praise the process enough. It was super smooth and the 24 hour check-in is an absolute boon. Would highly recommend.

Positives: Norwich is lovely. Great location near to the river, cathedral and city centre. Well equipped apartment and a firm but comfortable bed. Lovely reception staff who are 24hr, so also good for security. Negatives: Not clean. Fridge had crumbs of food and smears in it. Kitchen sink had brown stains around the sinkhole. Bathroom has lots of black mould, especially on the shower head. The soap tray near the shower was full of residue and hairs. The floors were dusty had someone's hairs on them. The whole place was a little tired eg stains on the sofa, marks on the worktop and table, poor workmanship eg paintwork, bodged carpentry etc. Whilst the photos look good, closer inspection reveals there's some issues with this place. We can't believe there are so many reviews that say this place is clean which makes me wonder if the reviews are reliable or we were just unlucky??! The location can be noisy at the weekend as it's very close to clubs/pubs that stay open until 3-4am on Friday/Saturday. Fortunately our room was on the lower ground floor which was less affected by the music sounds and had a dehumidifier continuously running which helped drown the sound. However, the fire doors in the corridor were noisy, so we did suffer interrupted sleep.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It's in a good location and it's value for money.

Had everything we needed. Soft bed, hot shower, kitchen and washer/dryer combo.Tesco express for shopping very nearby. Close to city center. Staff very friendly.

Decent rooms and good location

I got there after midnight and was quickly checked in & shown my apartment. The beds were comfortable. The shower(s) had good water pressure. The kitchen had just what I needed & I really appreciated the supply of tea/coffee & milk. I had been travelling for 2 weeks & having a washing machine was a huge plus. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. I would recommend, and I will return.

Great stay, lovely staff, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Great location for town centre and train station. Perfect for a short get away. Would stay here again if coming back to Norwich.

perfect location, and good facilities, but the place is a bit tired, the laminate flooring in my room was coming up and there was black mould in the bathroom. However the rest of the apartment was clean. The bed was so comfortable and good quality linen. The kitchen was basic, but had everything you needed for a short stay. Would i go back , yes
