Was pretty noisy but for what I wanted the room for I really didn't mind, shower and bed were awesome Rest of the room and the foyer was very tired and needs a good refurb Great value for money though

Location near spitalfields market. Lots of shopping and dining. The room was very close to the Liverpool St. Station. Note. There is no sign on the street that has the property name. I had to call the number and a guy cme out to meet me..

Great convenient location near Liverpool street. They were very accommodating and checked us in early, which was very helpful. It was what we needed for the one night, before travelling.

Location is amazing. Check in super easy and friendly and a nice guy takes you to your room. The hallways have old carpet and it smells musty and like food. The door room numbers are an a4 piece of paper taped on the door. Inside the rooms are just battered. Walls stained and chipped. Chair leg broken, woods with no edges etc. It wasn’t great. Linen and towels clean though. Look, it wasn’t the best. More of a home made hostel. But it did the job for the night. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

Basic and clean hotel. Great shower (powerful and hot) Noisy fan from the restaurant kitchen that quietens after 11pm Check in was easy and quick. Great location, very central.

The room was very small and whilst it did have a redecorated bathroom this hadn’t been finished. In addition there was a bright green security light on all the time which actually lit up the room substantially. The corridor was quite shabby. Overall I think it was very over priced

Stayed here a few times. Love it! Perfect location. Right by Liverpool St. station. No lifts to property. Room quiet. Some with balcony. Great host. Found on-road parking £5 ph though 4 hours maximum stay but worked around free parking times.

It would have been perfect except for the very bright green fire alarm (I presume) light that could not be turned off. It meant sleep was intermittent. If it would be possible to turn if off I would return. If not I won’t. Please advise

Was a little difficult to find, make sure you look out for the email with detailed location information on your day of check in! Very close to Liverpool Street Station and, although on a noisy back street with pubs and bars, the room I had was in the middle of the building and there was no street noise heard. Very modern and clean setup. I would use again

The email sent with all the passcodes to the main entry and door got stuck in my junk hotmail folder but fortunately I picked this up. As you enter the building it does not give a good impression as it could be tidier I.e walls are marked etc however the room was clean And bathroom was really nice and smartly done. Overall a good standard for what I paid. I liked the fact it was not noisy so it was a pleasant stay. Thank you
