I can’t say much but I humble give thanks to the entire hotel and its management and all workers. I say Medaase meaning. Thank you very much. My stay there was shot due to work engage in Ghana 🇬🇭, will be back again to enjoy Addis. God Bless you

Clean with a nice staff. Hotel in need of some repairs.

Every one was friendly and helpful. Wifi was great. Probably need more English speaking staff to assist those who cant speak local languages

Great location, great service, decent hotel for a 3*

When I arrived at the hotel they were overbooked. Management apologized profusely, they offered me and a colleague a free dinner at the restaurant, and offered me a room at a "sister Hotel". I accepted. They minimized my discomfort by taking me back and forth between the two hotels when I needed it (being Aphrodite a walking distance from where I had meetings planned). I really appreciated the extra effort the manager put into minimizing my discomfort given the situation. The only problem: the standard of the room I was given in the "sister hotel" was not bad, but did not match Aphrodite's rooms: the room had big glass windows on two walls looking on the corridor and the stairs, with semi-transparent curtains... literally zero privacy.

wifi in and out; power in and out - unsure if there was a generator, or if it just didnt work. rooms were cold; had a few roaches; better choices in the area for the money - best do a better search than i did if needing to stay near UNECA

It is just a decent hotel. Staff is trying to keep you smile and happy. There is no mattress, just a comforter you sleep on. A very hard bed. Even upon request, they do not have any mattress. Wi-Fi service is too slow, in general it was not good enough to browse web sites, and no chance for messaging apps. TV in the room does not have many channels you would love to see. Hanging "Do not disturb" or turning on "Red Light" does not stop cleaning ladies to go into the room. I tried all, then I gave up. Breakfast is way too weak. Service driver is driving very reckless. The only good part of it was being very close distance to UNECA. Literally one minute of walking. So, no surprise that the hotel was mostly empty. Next time, I would choose a little bit far hotel with better conditions.

Could not get the light switches to work in the bathroom. The bathroom door was stuck to the floor half open.

This hotel was fairly clean but too much for the quality it offers. Bad breakfast, horrible coffee and tea selections. Great room keeping staff but front desk needs complete retraining on customer care. Parking is an issue and the area is surrounded with construction, too much noise and drilling in the morning and people talking all night. WiFi did not work half the time in my week-long stay and when it does it was remarkably slow. TV cable is too limited, did not even have sport channel, you had to go to the bar to watch soccer games.

Before I traveled, I had difficulties communicating with the hotel staff to arrange the free shuttle from the airport and getting an acknowledgement that I would check in late. However, someone was waiting for me at the airport and I had no problems with the check-in. Staff greeted me warmly, and it was past midnight. As soon as I entered the bathroom, I had to kill two small roaches, but in my 4 days there I didn't see others. Speaking of the bathroom, the curtain was oddly place far away from the bathtub and I could never avoid soaking the floor. Although the building is relatively new, it felt older, as finishing apparently was not a major concern during construction. Breakfast was pretty OK and Ethiopian coffee is great if you like it strong. My major reason for staying there was the convenience to get to the UN-ECA compound, 2 walking minutes away.

Hotel is a bit of a walk from other major hotels in the area, but the staff was very nice and the rooms were VERY big and clean. The breakfast wasn't bad, and the order-made omelet was fantastic! Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to other people.

The hotel was very clean and the Internet was extremely good. Otherwise the services including breakfast were very poor. It happened that I visited friends in other hotels in Addis during the time I was there, their hotels were cheaper and with better services. The room rates are much higher than the average for the quality they provide.

Overall, our stay was good. Amenities were standard but there was no hot water. Hotel staff were helpful but it was difficult to get information about Addis and where to go. Instead the hotel called a guide to help us which worked out in the end.

nice, inexpensive, clean and with good internet, the hotel offer a free-shuttle to the Airport. Very quiet and with a great staff, it's highly recommended.

New hotel, clean, staff very friendly, no negative comments. Food in the restaurant could have been better.

Staff were very friendly and hospitable and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good wifi and showers. Only problem was the lack of an airport shuttle on arrival and overbooking of hotel which was sorted fairly promptly.

Decent breakfast, clean, friendly, less amenities than some other hotels, 2 elevators was a plus. Close to UN conference centere. Nice shuttle to airport.

Airport shuttle was 30min late. Arrived at the hotel to be told that there was no room available even though I had booked and paid. They finally found me a room. The room was ok. Shower was only luke warm at best. Bed felt like I was sleeping on a plank of wood. Room service is offered but no menu in the room. However it was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Restaurant food was nice.
