Beautiful location and surroundings. Our room was Superior with a great view. The spa area was a bit crowded considering Covid.

Amazing view

Our stay was nice but by no means exceptional. Reception only has one phone so they are hard to get ahold of. The check in process is slow. We had a phone call from family and reception was unable to transfer the call to our room. There was no soap in the dispenser at our bathroom sink. Little things like that weren't great considering the price to stay there. However, the location is gorgeous, our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the complimentary evening sauna was lovely.

I stayed in the hotel for one night between two job days. Got very good and friendly service, nice meal in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning.

Nousu ylös ja on kuin eri maailmassa, upeat maisemat! Ihania karjalanpiirakoita aamiaisella. Spa superkiva tuote-/juomakiuluineen, rauhallista ja rentouttavaa. Relax-huoneesta tosin hedelmät olivat loppu.

Hieno huone upeilla näkymillä. Superior X. Kylpyläsetti toimii hyvin kun lapset saa olla vaan klo 19 asti. Perus hyvä aamiainen ja ravintolan taso yllätti positiivisesti. Kiva palvelu aulassa ja ravintolassa.

Pleasant stay on top of Koli. The staff was very friendly, everything went smoothly. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The room was spatious and clean, only the TV did not really work. We are not fans of spas overall, but the hotel spa was nice, calm and quiet and we even enjoyed the evening spent there.

Rauhallista, kaunista, ystävällistä, siistiä.

Sijainti ja maisemat ovat erinomaiset. Helppo lähteä liikkumaan luontoon ja spassa ihana rentoutua illalla. Huone siisti mutta pienen kokoinen. Jalka tuli lyötyä sängynpäähän ahtauden takia muutama kerta. Käytävässä, missä huoneemme sijaitsi, oli epämiellyttävä haju.

Huone oli mukava, sänky hyvä, näkymät huikeat. Viihdyimme hyvin.

Koli on mahtava paikka. Palvelualttius erinomainen. Tilat jo hieman vanhat, mutta ei laske kokemusta.

Bell'hotel all'interno del Parco Naturale di Koli. Meravigliose vedute sul lago e sulle foreste. Possibilità di partire per escursioni dall'hotel, o scendere in paese, o andare al lago e all'attracco dei ferry (se a piedi, condiderare che l'hotel é sopra una collina, quindi con un po' di dislivello da fare via sentiero). Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto e quindi, per chi ha poca facilitá di camminare, é facile muoversi con l'auto. La sede del parco é adiacente all'hotel per acquistare mappe, gadget e ottenere informazioni sui percorsi e sui servizi del parco. In hotel c'è un buon bar/ristorante e un corner per acquistare qualche souvenir. La sauna dell'hotel (inclusa nella tariffa) purtroppo non é collegata all'esterno ed é l'unico minus. Tuttavia a pagamento si può optare per la spa e, in quel caso, la vista é mozzafiato. Si può scegliere e prenotare una hot tub su terrazzo panoramico.

Very pleasant stay at this nice hotel situated almost at the top of a mountain. Friendly staff, great view over lake Pielinen and just a short walk from Paha-Koli and Akka-Koli view points. Also a very decent restaurant.

Good location. Easy to access.

Extremly bad kitchen quality in the evening and in the morning for breakfast. They serve old bread and croissants from yesterday ! Don’t book this hotel!!!!!!

Oikein hyvä hotelli ja erityisesti hienolla paikalla heti Kolin luontopolkujen vieressä. Hyvä aamupala.
