The hotel property as such is quite nice and appears recently renovated. Somewhat awkward placement of the lobby on the 2nd floor. Convenient parking. Good breakfast. Absolutely disgusting dinner buffet that was supposed to be street food themed but which was so bad we would not eat it.

Good location right in the centre of the city. Breakfast is until 10 am only and on weekends we feel it should be until 11am, so we did not make it. Our room was very noisy due to some air flow issue and we had to argue to get another room which at the end we did get. Staff was average helpful and Hotel is of decent level but nothing to comfy...

The hotel charged way too much for the size of the room. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was really good. The room was small and lacked any appeal and $455 for two nights was way too much.

The hotel is very well located for the sites of downtown Turku, including the Cathedral, and walking along the Aura River. If you have a car, the parking is very convenient, just a different floor of the same elevator that will take you to your room. My only problem with the hotel is that the rooms are very tiny. If you are there on your own, it's manageable, but if you put two people into the double room, there is really nowhere much for anything more than an overnight bag -- not the type of suitcase you'd have for say a 7-10 trip overseas.

We stayed for one night only. The room is spacious but the bed is uncomfortable. Because the mattress is light and slippery, I felt off from the bed and didn't sleep well.

The hotel apprars to be in a bit of a rough area but it isn't at all. Literally a 2 minute walk from the river and some great bars and cafes. The hotel itself is typical Scandic. Modern with free wifi and all the services you'd expect. The breakfast was included in the price, buffet style and very good. Room was a decent size with good storage, bathroom a little small and shower only. Room and public area were spotlessly clean. All the staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. 12 minute walk from train station.
