5 Star property and amenity all the way. Beautiful throughout and exceptional service and food. The pool and spa facilities were unique and luxurious. Breakfast was gourmet and the rooms were spacious and super clean. Would be returning to this property again.

The way the bath and shower had been designed is just inacceptable : it is just impossible to take your shower without banging your head on the ceiling which is very low. In the room next to ours, it was the same! You cannot 5* to a hotel, where you do not have the possibility to take a shower in normal conditions, this is the basics .

We arrived at the property late and the room we booked and paid for was not available - we booked a Jr Suite with King bed and two single beds, and they only had small Jr Suite with one bed. So they made us get another room for 300 Eur - we feel like we were taken advantage of because we arrived late and did not have any other options given the late hour.

amazing hotel. we booked for wedding anniversary. Hotel met and exceeded all expectation, from service, design and amenities. Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town. Breakfast was good, especially omelet was tasty. Will come again

This hotel is ok. There is no restaurant and the parking is down the street a ways which isn't the most convenient- they should have valet. The room was large and very comfortable. Staff is excellent.

Absolutely everything about this hotel and stay was perfect - the spa was gorgeous, the staff were incredible and the room was brilliant. EXCEPT that they charged me twice! I told them at checkout that I had already paid through Expedia, but they insisted on charging me again saying the first one was a holding charge. A few days later, both payments have been taken and completed. If I hadn’t double checked I might never have noticed!!

The staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. They helped us with our luggage during our check-in, accommodated an earlier check-in, gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and assisted us with all other needs during our stay. The spa facilities were included with our stay, which was an added bonus to the already wonderful amenities! Will definitely be back when we visit Alsace!
