L hôtel est situé trop loin de Lyon en transport en commun très long et pas pratique mais c est le jeu de sortir de Lyon. Tir entendu dans le quartier derrière. Absence de climatisation dans la chambre.
Lit pas très confortable. Formule repas proposé cher pour ce que c'est. Pas très bon. Sinon l accueil nickel et la propreté ça aller. Hôtel a refaire quand même.

Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel peut avoir 3 étoiles puisqu'il est directement sorti des années 80, sans être passé par une rénovation en 40 ans.
La chambre dans laquelle je me trouvais sentait fortement la cigarette, la tapisserie, de la moquette murale, était décollée à certains endroits , les interrupteurs sont eux aussi des années 80.
Le matelas était assez ancien et avait bien vécu puisque il y avait un creux au milieu et je sentais la structure dans le dos.
Sans compter l'ascenseur que j'ai dû "appeler" 6 fois pour qu'il descende alors qu'il n'y avait personne. Le monsieur de l'accueil m'a dit "quand il est vide, il ne veut pas descendre".
Les points positifs : personnel souriant et faisant le maximum pour les clients.
Le petit-déjeuner très correct pour le prix.

This hotel is quite affordable. One can not expect luxuries and there aren't any. No minibar/refrigerator. No coffeemaker in the room.
The room is bare and clean and reasonably large.
The location is so so. At least 10 minutes walk from either the tram station (recommended) or the train station (not so much recommended, schedule too thin). No beauty in the neighbor hood.

We had a rather unpleasant stay. We came to Lyon for the FIFA Women's World Cup and stayed 4 nights. Our room baked in the afternoon sun. There was no air conditioning. We tried to get some cross-flow using 1 fan to blow the hot air out of the room in the evenings but it didn't work. When we asked for a second fan, they didn't have any. The cost per night was the same as the Ibis near Carre de Soie which had air conditioning. Next time I'll be staying at the Ibis.
