Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris La Villette

The staff was absolutely unprofessional. On the day we arrived, our room was not ready per check in time. Furthermore, later in the day the receptionist called me to ask me to evacuate the room immediately as he did a mistake from his end and put me in the wrong room. He threatened to displace our stuff into the new room without our consent if we didn’t return back to the hotel and do it our self.

Friendly and helpful staff. Small but comfortable apartment, with all necessary facilities we needed for a family of four. Near metro station and commute to central Paris was easy. It would be nice to have the in-room tea/coffee facilities. Overall a good stay, and will definitely consider it again for our next visit to Paris.

Nice small space but had everything you need! Nice to have a little kitchenette to make breakfast or a snack. It's a busy area which is great for lots of food and a little bodega nearby along with super close to transportation. It is far from city center but easy enough to get around. Very clean and a nice space overall!We liked the neighborhood for food nearby!

The place was ok. Would have preferred a change of towels for showering and the bathroom every other day instead of once in 10days. The same with emptying the kitchen and bathroom garbage - once ever 10 days doesnt cut it. Otherwise - i enjoyed my stay there with my fiancee

This is my second time and there will be a third. Love the location. Ferry to the big supermarket and mall across the street.

Fresh Towels were for a fee. Half of help was very rude. Breakfast bare minimum standard. Wet/Soaked floor outside of bathroom that was never addressed even after we brought it up twice! We had to use our limited towels to try and soak it up. Only two towels given even though we booked for and had three staying in room. No AC. Noisy at night with park with people outside screaming until the early morning. Transients living in park outside. No screens on windows that had to be left open due to heat and humidity. My family was bitten by bugs for 9 days we stayed! Carpets are thread bare. Room was advertised as a double and twin for three guests. Turns out the double is an uncomfortable folding cot. I travel the world, am in hotels for over 100 days a year. I am used to second and borderline third world conditions. This is the worst accommodations and service of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. I will be leaving negative reviews on every review site I can find. Never have left a negative review anywhere before! You get a second star for two of your employees that were actually helpful and nice. Literally every other aspect of our stay and the rest of the staff were horrible. I will let as many people as I can know about this horrible hotel by every method I can find.

Excellent hotel ! Excellent location if You go to Cite de science ! Clean , polite personal , I recommend this place for people who travel with children . It has everything for a family , and park for a kid to run . Daytime we went to cite de science , in the evening we went to the city .

Awful room - old dirty and smelled of air freshener to hide who knows what - very over priced for a bad room

This is a terrible hotel, the air conditioning is not working and only provide two electric fans, there is no housekeeping and the staff does not throw the garbage outside, we have to. The comfort room in the entrance has an odor and the location of the hotel is not kid friendly. On the amenities they need to inform the costumers that there is no air conditioning. I travelled for comfort and I have two children and my husband has hypertension. I booked two double beds but when we checked in our room only had 1 double bed and 1 couch bed. For travelers I highly don’t recommend this hotel.

Dont stay here. Our Room was broken into (along with the whole 4th floor). Since we were here for work, laptops, ipads, and other valuables were stolen. We werent notified of the break in until we showed up to the room (almost 8 hours later) with our door wide open and a security guard standing there. The staff said we would be safe on another floor and that was their solution to the problem.

The room was decent. The bathroom smelled stale because there was no ventilation. Bed was comfortable. Area very sketchy though. I was staying at this hotel with many other friends, and their entire floor of the hotel got robbed. Thankfully the hotel is going to compensate them for their loss of computer/iPad/wallet, but that’s only after an entire night of arguing and a trip to the police station while on vacation.

Small, poorly lit, weirdly arranged. It's not dirty, but a feeling of cleaness is not exactly there, either. Bare bones. Perfectly adequate, don't get me wrong, but there are no frills, here. There is a kitchenette with a stove top, mini fridge and sink, sponge, towel and some pots and pans and glassware is provided. There are markets very near by.

Great location and staff. Only negative is that our apartment style room was much smaller than some of the other Adagio hotels that we have stayed in.

Terrible Hotel. Will never stay again. Stinky rooms, unfriendly staff and noise around the hotel. No AC. Had to keep the windows open and could not sleep due to noise.
