Aparthotel Adagio Access Poitiers

The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers.

Where is the NO star option? The star I gave was solely for the gentleman called Tony who worked the out of hour shift in Toulouse and who tried to help me as much as he could. The corridor on the 5th floor and our bathroom stunk. But this is nothing compared to the non-functioning heating. The heating in my room stopped working after 20-30mins of us switching it on around midnight. I had to pay €70 for a staff to come at 2.30am to give me 2 portable heatings. Then they dared to ask us to wait after our check-out for their engineer to assess the flat to confirm whether or not the heating mode of their aircon was faulty. Maybe they asked because they thought we had no better place to be than waiting for an engineer to check a room we had already vacate. Why on earth would I call their out of hour service at midnight, 1am then at 2am to beg for help? Do they think I did not have anything better to do at 2am or I had €70 to spare for fun? I will definitely not recommend this place. Ohh and they only give you 1 key. So if by mistake you forget your key in the room after 9pm, you pay €70 to get a spare one. Really just avoid this place, not worth a penny

Staff was great but bedding had not been cleaned properly. Suspicious stains on the cushions. mould in shower. Balcony was nice .

Really enjoyed the stay, lovely town. The stay was for an overnight with my wife and two children. Easy walk into town centre. Room was spacious and there were two beds for the children rather than sharing a double for the children.

Great check in and really helpful with restaurant and bar recommendations. Good walk into town. Room has great air conditioning- wonderful when it’s 33 degrees!

Ask for clean towels and sheets but was refused. Said I would have to pay extra.

Arriving by car we were quickly admitted to the parking and checked in efficiently by the lovely Victor. Located very close to the station and on one side of the historic area. My room was an apartment, very large with separate rooms. Having a kitchen meant I could make my own breakfast. The location of this place is fantastic. Staff are helpful and all is clean and tidy. A great base to explore the Loire Valley.

Very nice stay. Clean room and bathroom - comfortable bed and lovely staff. Perfect for stopping over on long drive from Spain to UK.

The location was great, 10 minute walk to the train station or 10 minute walk to the historical downtown... The room was very spacious, with a kitchenette, an indoor pool, also the property has a washer and dryer at a fair price.

Some of the staff were friendly, but our one bedroom apartment was in need of a refurb. The toilet seat had come off and whoever cleaned the room would have known this. I did report it on our first day and was told it would get fixed the following day but it never did. Our bedroom had a funny smell to it and the kitchenette was tiny. I wasn’t expecting something spacious but you couldn’t even get the kettle under the tap to fill it. There were chunks of wood missing from the bathroom mirror surround and the tap leaked. I put up with it as we were only staying for 3 nights. To be honest I probably wouldn’t stay there again. Also if you do stay there ask for a room they doesn’t face onto the street as it can be noisy at night.

Great apartment. Really appreciated the fridge and kitchenette. Short walk to town centre via rear entrance. Car park secure and only E6.50.

The service was above and beyond what we expected. When we called to tell them that we would be arriving after hours, we were immediately given the codes for the front door and the lock box with the keys. Then, they sent all the same info in an email within the hour. By a mistake that I made we actually had two booking (one for two nights and a second booking for the third). We were about to ask if we could keep the same room for the third night when we were told it had already been arranged. The room and premises were in fine condition, though we never tried the swimming pool so we have no comment on that. If we return to Poitiers, this is where we will stay.

Perfect place to set up a home base while exploring the local area. The location was nice and quite and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well presented.

The staff are very friendly and provide me lots of help. Definitely wanna stay here again if I ever come to Poitiers.

The actual hotel room did look quite different from the online photos. Overall the room was clean, the carpet had a few dirty marks on it. The bedding was very comfortable. Lovely soft cotton bedding, comfortable pillows. The very small kitchen area was fine for heating pre-prepared food but probably quite challenging to cook food. The bathroom was good. The room was quiet, the instructions for late arrival were easy and parking was good.

Nice, inexpensive apartment with large tub. Cooktop, sink, & refrigerator. Good breakfast. Great location near train station.
