The hotel is in an excellent location, tucked away and in easy walking distance from the train station/ bus station. You can get to the centre of town and the lake in 10 mins. The staff were nice people and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. There is a supermarket round the corner for provisions. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment was well placed for walking into Annecy. It was clean and spacious enough for our needs. I did book a 4 person apartment which implied we had four separate beds which we needed. What we actually ended up with was a double, a single sofa and a pull out single trundle bed. It wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Small studio kitchen was well equipped. Toilet separate from the bathroom was good, however no sink in the toilet area was a little strange. Opening doors, walking through the apartment and using light switches with unwashed hands wasn’t my favourite thing. Free coffee, tea and water was a great advantage. Staff friendly and helpful.

Centrally located, very walkable, close to transportation, close to all the city had available (grocery store, shopping, dining, parks). The staff was very nice and accommodating. Loved our stay! Would stay there again. Highly recommend.
