A grear accomodation for a business trip! The only thing that was annoying was the internet , the speed was good, but it was disconnecting every 2-3 hours.

Hôtel simple et efficace, très bien rénové. Nous avons passé 5 nuits au 1er (et dernier) étage. Très bien mais proche de la porte principale, on s'entend et on manque un peu d'intimité, mais c'est un hôtel, c'est Ok. La propreté est bonne de prime abord mais on fini par voir les toiles d'araignée, rien de fou non plus, ça arrive. C'est un hôtel plutôt adapté pour les professionnels, qui semblent être là clientèle principale.
En résumé tout s'est bien passé mais nous avons été gênés par la qualité des matelas car nous avons eu l'impression de dormir par terre (pourtant j'adore les matelas fermes!). Un torticolis chacun en revenant des vacances, c'est dommage car je n'ai jamais été déçue par la literie de cette chaîne (qui avait justement influencé notre choix).

L’arrivée s’est faite en self check in car plus de réception après 21h. Il fallait un numéro de réservation différent de celui hôtels.com à demander par un interphone.
L’écran était peu lisible. Le processus peu pratique pour une personne âgée.
On avait une réservation pour 2 mais une seule serviette et pas de réception pour demander une autre.
Les murs sont suffisamment fins pour entendre le voisin ronfler…
