A most lovely little hotel. Very simple, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too! Eggs, bacon, various types of bread, juices and coffee/tea. It actually looked exactly like the photo they provide which was a nice touch. Be warned, there is a road tax of €7.80 if you are coming from Geneve. Overall it was a lovely hotel. Would certainly stay again.

The room was big enough for one twin bed and an overnight bag. The shower curtain was 10 cm short so when you shower the whole bathroom floor gets wet. No heat or AC we were told the town made the hotel turn them off. It was 80 + degrees the last few days

You check in on a computer screen outside the front door. The front desk is not staffed. To complicate matters, the computer screen is installed so low in the wall that I had to get onto my knees to be able to read it.
Room comfort was acceptable.
There were almost no resources in the neighborhood, one burger place and one Paul.

The hotel was clean, comfortable beds and nice hot shower! Breakfast had a reasonable selection and was good. We had a twin bedded room which was a bit cramped and with limited storage, but for a short stay it was fine. Staff very pleasant and chatty.i would stay again-good value for money.

The property does not open for check in until 5pm....it does not provide hair dryet or much toiletteries....the gentleman at check in and morning breakfast eas not overly friendly. Paid for breakfast and i am not certain if we had eggs since it was pure style and cold same as the bacon very salty and cold. The crossant were nice and fresh. Would not recommend since the room are also very small

We spent one night in the hotel and it was absolutely terrible. Perhaps the worst hotel we ever stayed in. This is a smoker's paradise because it seemed like smoking was allowed anywhere in the premises. From the moment we stepped into the lobby it smelled like an astray and all the way to the room. Even the pillows smelled like cigarrette. So, if you are a smoker and you want to smoke in the comfort of your room then the B&B Annecy is the right place for you.

I have been there for the first time. Not to visiting Aneccy but Geneva. Good price for the service. Surprised about the boss, who didn't have any problems to speak English with us and helped about everything. Clean room, good bed for this hotel chain and good bathroom. Would stay there again.

On the surface looks clean but when you look closely the room needed a more thorough clean particularly the shower-shower tray needs replacing. Beds comfortable.
