Difficult to give review as the hotel was mostly in lockdown and think we were the only guests. The hotel manager was absolutely great in helping with the entry system to the hotel and she was so pleasant.

The bedroom was nice and clean. However, there was not anyone to help you in the front desk if you need something either at night or in the morning. I'm my opinion, it will be great if there is someone to help you because we had a problem and we needed to wait to a customer to arrive to help us. We only receive one towel when normally the hotels give you more than one for face or hands. There was not hand soap.

as a basic stop on our drive from London to Spain it was an ideal location to stop over for the night. only downside was a lack of adjacent restaurant for an evening meal.Rooms are small but very clean. Bed very comfortable.

Had to self check in. No problems. When we got in the room. Found the sink was leaking. This was fixed straight away. Only four stars. The breakfast left a lot to be desired Looked like powered eggs. And the bacon was worse Then streaky. Overall a poor selection.

The room we stayed in on the top floor had not been hoovered, the ac was broken and the room was so incredibly hot, not a person in the room had a good night's sleep. However, the closed off parking area accessible only by a code sent by the hotel was a great feature.

Because the digital code doesn’t work if the number seven is in your code you can’t get in or you are locked out, fortunately for me my daughter let me back in but if you are on your own you are stuck. When we woke the next morning my granddaughters had swollen bites which came from bed bugs, not pleasant. We have been to the B&B in tours and that was fine so I would recommend other ones but not this one.

Used this hotel while driving from Spain to the UK. Arrived very late but this hotel has a self checking machine. Although if you arrive late the parking gates will be closed ( for security), so you need to leave the car, walk by the fence and get in through a small door (in that same gate), go to the self check in machine and get the access code that will allow you to open the gate of the parking/hotel room/etc. The hotel is modern and well kept. There’s air conditioning. Room and toilet/bathroom clean. Really enjoyed the self check in (really easy) and the late check out times. I would stay again.

Great value for money with added bonus of our dog staying with us. Great breakfast, one downside was we were not sent the entry code by text or e-mail for out of hours . This was quickly resolved by the 24 hour help line in foyer of hotel.
