B&B HOTEL Châteauroux Aéroport

No frills hotel just off of motorway. Clean room and very comfortable beds

Check in is now at BnB Deols for both hotels but this was not made clear to us before arrival We arrived at the Aeroport building only to be redirected over the road 50metres away. Young lady on check in was helpful, friendly and efficient Following check we were redirected over the road to our room

The desk wasn’t open but check in via s teen was easy air on was a blessing in 40 degree heat.

We had contacted Hotels.com for assistance before our trip as we could not contact the hotel to get our booking in code, as the hotel had written to us telling us that if we didn’t arrive before 18.00 hours they would re-sell our room. Many thanks for sending us the code as we would have been lost without it. We changed our ferry to get there earlier, but when we arrived there was no one on reception. We checked into our room and found to our horror that it had not been made up after the previous occupant. After waiting for reception for about 30mins we went to the other B and B hotel across the road. The man on reception was very impatient with us and reluctantly gave us the code to access another room. That too had not been changed after the previous occupant. At the third attempt we were given a room which was ready for use. Inside the room which we were able to use was an information sheet telling us that reception was closed for refurbishment and we should go across the road for help. Strange that the receptionist in the other hotel did not seem to know this. An absolute catalogue of errors which were very unwelcome after a long drive from Calais. The room itself was fine, but the systems and customer service were sadly lacking. We will not be returning.

Impossible to contact the hotel (we wanted a ground floor room) I telephoned (no reply); sent a text (no reply) and an email (no reply). The hotel did however move us to a ground floor room. Although marked as a no smoking room, this had been ignored and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre pour 4 personnes très pratique. Propreté de la douche moyenne.

Une équipe au top, nous sommes arrivés à 0h30. Une équipe de nuit fait le job via un système d’appel.

Nous n’avons pas pu rester la nuit nous avons quitter précipitamment la chambre 28 vers 20h30 à cause de démangeaisons dans le lit. La chambre n’était pas propre

Local poubelle mal odorant +++ juste derrière notre chambre !!!!

Déçu à notre arrivée, sur la borne le numéro de réservation est non reconnu et après plusieurs tentatives on nous demande de payer la somme déjà payée sur internet. Donc, il a fallu appeler puis se rendre à l'hébergement d'à côté pour débloquer la situation. Dans les chambres, on entend tous les bruits des voisins (ouverture et fermeture des portes, discussions, télé allumé etc...). Petit déjeuner (très bien)

Chambre tres bruyante a cause de la vmc .pour nous qui somme sensible a la lumière difficile de dormir avec de rideaux qui occultes Presque que pas la luminosité car il y a un gros spote juste au-dessus de celui-ci ...chambre numéro 15 par contre les matelas sont agréables tout comme le personnel.

Accueille fermée, chambre sale, poussière ++ et odeur de tabac persistante dans un chambre normalement non fumeur. Aucun service. Un hotel formule 1 aurait ete préférable.

Edullisista hotelliketjuista paras patja ja vuodevaatteet. Aamulla sain kahvin ilmaiseksi. Hyvä sijainti aivan motarin ja palveluiden äärellä. Silti ei mekkalaa kuulunut huoneeseen

Pas de personnel sur place aux heures d'ouverture comme indiqué sur le site. Numéro de réservation ne fonctionnait pas. 3 appels à la borne pour obtenir enfin les codes d'accès aux chambres. Rideaux de fenêtre de chambre déchiré, montant de porte cassé et climatisation à fond sur froid (il faisait plus froid dans la chambre que dehors). Heureusement que l'endroit était calme et propre.Ce n'est pas le meilleur B&B que j'ai fait.

Simple et efficace : couchage agréable, chambre moderne, propreté top. Bon rapport qualité/prix Seuls bémols: les joints de la baignoire ne sont pas terribles et le p’tit déj moyen Restons sur une bonne expérience 👍

18 degres dans la chambre et pas de chauffage cest inadmissible.
