clean & co.fortable. a bit cramped than other b&b we stayed

When I arrived just after 2pm the gate was locked and I couldn't get in to park.

Room was clean and small. AC worked great! Bathroom smelled disgusting, like sewer. We spend the night and quickly left. Oh, and lets not forget there is no elevator to carry your luggage.

Standard B&B, Clean, friendly and comfortable. Several restaurants nearby that are good value.

Spartan but serviceable accommodations for a reasonable price - but this place takes self-service to absurd extremes. There is apparently no desk staff, and attempts to call the hotel to inform them of our late arrival were greeted with obnoxious canned music while we were placed on hold - perpetually. We called more than ten times (at 1€ per minute) and never once got through. If you arrive after hours, be prepared to check yourself in using a digital kiosk in front of the hotel with the six digit code that you SHOULD have received when you booked. We booked through hotels.com, though, and they did NOT send us the required code - necessitating a lengthy interaction with grumpy B&B Hotel 'help' staff in Paris via the kiosk intercom to locate our reservation. A long discussion about our confirmed and paid-up booking ensued, and they continued to deny its existence despite confirmation emails and credit card records of the transaction. After more than a half-hour of argument, they finally summoned an onsite staffer (who was inside the hotel all along, but completely inaccessible from the front door by phone or intercom!) He was pleasant enough, and sorted out our reservation mess-up, but why was he not available upon arrival? I can understand cutting costs by reducing services, but this is extreme. Customers should expect efficient and speedy check-ins and functional business-hours communications with the establishment as a bare minimum. Very disappointing service.

Hotel was in the middle of nowhere, had to walk on busy road to nearest restaurant.

With little choice in the area this is a good find and good value. If you are picky this is not for you. It is off a busy roundabout with easy access to "toute directions" it would be helpful to advise guests about the restricted check in times. We arrived at 3pm and had to wait until 5 pm. Staff was really helpful and kind. We didn't avail if breakfast but it looked good. Basic restaurants close by but good choice in Roquebrun which is a must visit. If you are looking for a one night stop this fits the bill. Any longer you may feel cramped as rooms are small.

Room was small but comfy. With breakfast buffet this hotel is great value for money. Easy access to highway and close to discount market Lidl.

A straightforward hotel for a stopover en route. Breakfast was very good for price. Le Basilic restaurant 2 minutes up the road serves really good food at reasonable prices for an excellent evening meal.

Très compliqué pour accéder et avoir les codes pour notre chambre.

Plusieurs fois que je m'y rends. Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel agréable. Grand parking sécurisé gratuit

La dame à l'accueil a été très gentille en nous changeant la chambre pour un petit désagrément J'étais déjà resté dans cet établissement quelques années auparavant. Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble Assez calme La salle de bain fait un peu vieille comparé à d'autres b&b plus moderne mais n'en reste pas moins bien entretenu İl y a un grand parking clos gratuit

Douche noire de moisissures,puces de lit,je n'ai pas pu le signaler car il n'y avait personne j'ai attendu jusqu'a 6h50 et je suis parti sans prendre le petit déjeuner. Inadmissible

Bien sauf à l’arrivée pour récupérer le code d’accès à la borne il a fallu appeler le numéro de réservation ne correspondait pas avec celui que j’avais.voilà
