This hotel was just in the right location on the outskirts of Laval. I had a wheelchair accessible room which was spacious and convenient.

We arrived late, heating was on full blast, rendering the top area with 2 beds unbearable to sleep. Cooling fan did not work. 4 of us ended up sleeping on the ground level. When I tried to politely inform the receptionist the next morning she was so aggressive.
We were refused breakfast because we did not book, there were no signs saying we had to. Only wanted a croissant and a coffee. Again the receptionist was so rude about it.

L'établissement est vétuste, et à mal veillit. Les chambres sont en accès directe, et par conséquent sont froides. La propreté est à la limite, et la literie est de trés mauvaise qualité. Le petit déjeuner, quand à lui est copieux et corespond, à ce que l'on attend.
