A very good hotel to stay in, very pleased with all services included. The people there were wonderful as I forgot my iphone charger and adaptor and they took the trouble to send it to me in England where I live at no cost at all. Super and thank you so much !!!

Absolutely bad experience, dirty room and noisy people around, I had to ask for changing room at 2’o because of noisy people who could do everything they wanted without being reprimanded by the staff. Not even an excuse or a word about that in the morning after check-out. One of the worse business stay I’ve made.

Hier kan ik pas antwoord op geven, als ik een normaal ontbijt zou krijgen. We betalen voor ontbijt bij verblijf, omdat we kinderen hebben. Ontbijt is van 06:00 -10:00uur, wij komen aan voor ontbijten om 09:15 uur, de pannenkoeken, eieren en kaas was op. Dit hebben wij netjes gevraagd aan de dames, omdat wij geen varken eten. De dame die Nadia heet, verstaat alléén Frans, dus roept ze een vrouwelijke collega, die vertikt om haar naam te zeggen. Die geeft ons heel crue aan, dat ze geen pannenkoeken,eieren en kaas hebben en wij het moeten doen met wat ze wel hebben, anders mailen naar directie. Ze wilde ook geen engels praten. We geven netjes aan dat we niet voor niets de ontbijt erbij hebben geboekt, voor de kinderen in het bijzonder en omdat ze naar hun judo wedstrijd moeten en moeten ontbijten. Wij hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van de ontbijt en wel een kopje koffie gedronken, de kinderen hebben een croissant gegeten en sap gedronken. Ik neem aan dat, als je hotel gasten hebt, dan weet je wie ontbijt en zorg je voor genoeg ontbijt producten. Helaas een heel nare ervaring en vooral de communicatie. Wij zijn niet zo goed in Frans en de hotel receptioniste die ons te woord stond, stak ook de andere hotelgasten tegen ons op. Wij kregen van meerdere gasten te horen dat we in ons recht stonden en de hotel ervoor moest zorgen voor genoeg ontbijt spullen. Mevrouw was niet zo aardig en wij hebben metéén de hotel verlaten. Wij gaan vaker in een hotel en dit nog nooit meegemaakt.
