B&B HOTEL Nice Aéroport

Basic room, but all that I needed... good bed, good shower, and good TV. The hotel very near to Park Phoenix tram stop which made easy to get to from the airport and easy to cheaply get to Nice centre. The breakfast was great value and good quality. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was a bit small for four of us. Breakfast was good.

This property was not what i expected

This was a disaster, this place is not good , smell very bad even water in the sink smell bad , the bed very uncomfortable, not even a mini fridge in the room , you need to rent their iron if you need one for 20$ , i wasted my money , i didn’t even finish my stay there cause i couldn’t take it anymore, please do not do not stay there , dirty hotel with a bad smell rude people especially the girl in the reception, bad experience

Loved how the hotel is from walking distance if the airport and there was a tramway station near. The hotel room did lack in the quantity of towels and some of the electrical plugs in the room were not working properly. But overall we had a great experience

The property was located near airport and close to tram and train station to Nice and other destinations. Decent breakfast and quiet. Unfortunately there was an issue with my booking. I booked a room for 2 people but because only my details were on the booking i was asked to pay for breakfast again for my partner. This was never an issue in previous bookings, even though to my knowledge I paid for a bedroom with breakfast included for 2 people, the staff and management of the hotel thought otherwise and I had to pay more money on arrival. The booking process also does not make it clear that one had to add all guests names during booking process which is a problem if the traveller has issues on arrival at the hotel as I did. In the end ,after chatting to Expedia, who lets say weren't interested in recognising the issue and blamed the hotel rules for the problem.Rules I was not made aware of when booking. That was disappointing and for that reason alone, I would not stay again at this hotel and may book on other websites instead of Expedia in the future. Never in my life did I book a hotel room for 2 people that only includes breakfast for 1 person...

Decent reasonable-budget hotel near the airport. Check-in was smooth, bed comfortable. Room was small but has all the essentials for a brief stay before travelling. Parking was fully booked out and we wish we had been advised to book parking during the room booking process, but thankfully we were able to source street parking. Would book again.

Good stay during Monaco Grand Prix week, clean and friendly hotel, staff were very helpful, breakfast was average and slightly disappointed to have been charged the same price for parking a motorbike as a car

No hassle, no frills and laid-back. Friendly staff able to communicate well in English. Ideally located. The tramlines of public transport company Lignes d' Azur have a stop at Parc Phoenix, 300 yards away, which will take you to Old Town and the Port of Nice and during the day also to the airport Terminal 1 for international departures.

Hotel cerca del aeropuerto y fácil de llegar. En general un buen hotel para estar. Un poco lejos del centro de Niza.
