My mom and I stayed here for several days. The location near/above the Porte de Clichy station can’t be beat. (The RER is a block over). The metro also stops at Orly. At times you can hear the planes but that was infrequent and my mom never even noticed. The hotel has a restaurant serving reasonably priced meals and seemed to do a brisk business. (We didn’t have an opportunity to try it). The staff was friendly, fluent in English and very helpful with directions! Check in and out was a breeze. The lobby and rooms are clean and updated. The rooms have ample USB plugs which cuts down on the need for several converters. The room has a safe, comfy beds, clean linens, and tv with several channels (no English). There is no fridge. The bathroom has a hairdryer, towel warmer and heated floors which was a nice surprise. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The hallways were a bit dark and forlorn but we didn’t mind bc we spent little time there. You need a key to operate the elevator which is a nice security feature. We didn’t have a chance to explore the neighborhood but there are several inexpensive restaurants within site of the hotel. Some reviewers mentioned feeling unsafe but that was not our experience. We took the metro back to the hotel arriving at 9:30 at the latest and were never concerned. We never felt the need to be extra vigilant. We look forward to staying here again!

The area don't feel secure. The thermostat the keep in warmer in October. So if you wanted less than 24° you have to open the window and hear the traffic or worse the unsafe neighborhood and beware of the rats...

Air conditioning did not work, when asked to be repaired staff was indifferent to our problems. The room was uncomfortable and hot. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
