At the time of visit, the hotel was unmanned requiring a code to gain access. This code is ONLY in the Expedia account and NOT in the email which Expedia send. You will also need internet access to then receive the room access code to your room - be warned !!! A hour after check-in time, I received an email stating the hotel was unmanned with a code to get through the main door to the check-in machine... After that it was great. It is a fair walk from the train station and a few minutes less to the town centre which is massively interest with some beautiful architecture. The selected room was good, modern, clean and tidy and a good choice at breakfast too

Automatic check in didn’t work, it didn’t recognise the booking number. Used the help phone was told to come back at 19:00. It was only 16:00. Whilst using the phone other guests had the same problem. After all the guests had used the help phone a member of staff appeared after about 40minutes and checked everyone in manually. Not a good experience. Break fast was not the best..location and room were great.

Generous size bed, spotless, not exactly the centre of town but only 15 mins walk away. Air con a great asset in38 degrees. My window looked over a barren area of bitumen. Bathroom definitely not for guests of generous proportions- knees touch wall, shower tap constantly bumped as you wash yourselfMy beef is with the checkin process and there being no one at reception for hours in the day and during the night. Check-in is automated and requires digital facility, something many seniors don’t have. It feels robotic, a hotel for androids. After 15 minutes trying to find the code needed to open the hotel door( it arrived an hour later) a human appeared and sorted it out for me and another elderly couple who were even more befuddled than me. I’d not recommend it for anyone who prefers a touch of humanity. However it IS very well priced.

We had great difficulty booking into this property because the Expedia reference number was not accepted as the entry code. Fortunately, someone else who was entering the hotel at the same time as my wife and I let us in and helped to get us booked in by using the phone in the unmanned reception area. We were lucky he was there at this time otherwise we would not have been able to book in! Expedia should have given us the booking in reference in the email they sent us!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, plenty of cheap parking opposite. Everything you need! Excellent value and one of the best budget hotels we have stayed in. Also, Troyes is lovely! Plenty of restaurants, pavement cafes etc within walking distance.

The room in the advert is very well photographed as when you get into the room, you are greeted with the bed and the bed only has one pillow each AND the headboard kind of sits too high so the pillow goes under the headboard which you have to keep moving during the night. The bathroom is VERY small - a large person wouldn't be able to fit in the shower as the entrance to it is too snug, You cant hang anything up on the hangers and stand up properly to use the toilet. You can not get two people in the bathroom. The parking is very reasonable but by the morning our car was covered in Sap from the trees, and I mean covered. Would we stay again, the answer is no due to the mentioned above. Aircon was good but neither of us got a good night sleep due to the comfort of the bed and pillow.

Personnel trés accueillant et sympathique. Chambre correcte. Le petit déjeuner offre un bon rapport qualité/prix avec une bonne variété de produits. Attention pour le parking : on peut facilement stationner aux abords de l'hôtel mais il s'agit du stationnement de la ville (zone orange-pas de paiement durant la nuit). Cela reste trés correct et abordable mais oblige à fonctionner avec les horodateurs.
