Spacious room for a family of four with kitchen and dining facilities.

Close to metro lines, small but with everything you need for a short visit, compact but practical kitchenette, chic. The area, plenty of small bars and restaurants, boulangerie. Highly recommend for couples.

Very nice and spacious room with amenities and comfortable bed. Perfectly located in the middle of numerous quartiers. Quiet and safe area. Excellent boulangerie for viennoiseries and some patisseries round the corner.

Very clean little apartment with all the commodities needed. Easy to walk to the station and safe area. The A/C wasn’t working great but other than that everything was good.

Perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Great safe location with public transportation, restaurants, cafes, and shops all close by. You can also easily walk to many Paris attractions. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. The AC was a big plus and worked well. Communication was easy and quick both before and during the stay. We used the baggage storage lockers both before check-in and after checking out, and the elevator was much appreciated for getting our luggage to our 4th floor apartment. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to others!

Really lovely location in the 10th that's easily walkable to many sites, and numerous cafes within a couple blocks to while away the day.

Great location, close to metro, very clean

This is an amazing apartment! It had everything we needed, and the area is safe and walkable. There were tons of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, bakeries, etc all within 5 minutes. It’s close to the metro as well. The apartment is beautiful with ample storage, great A/C, fantastic rainfall showers, and a well stocked kitchen. We will be back!!

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Apartment 42. This 2 bed, 2 bath unit had everything we needed for our trip. It’s well appointed and spacious, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is packed with bakeries, restaurants, and shopping. A few blocks from Metro. There’s also an elevator and a locker room to store your luggage pre-and post check in and out. Everything was new and updated. Communication was easy. Would wholeheartedly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Its so close to the Metro. This Apartment is such in great condition. Very Clean we have everything we need. although there is no staff around, connecting with the help desk or customer service is very easy, convenient and they reply promptly. There are a lot of places to buy your groceries and bakeries all over. very close to the Main Train Station like Gare du Nord and Gare el Est. Although it can be noisy late at night from the neighboring clubs and restaurants but the double window panel can obscure some of the noise. if you love walking which we do. it is walking distance to Opera and Vendome. We highly recommend this place especially when you love the Apartment Style. There is also a safe place to store your luggages after checking out if you have an late departure or early arrival. which we used as our train back to Amsterdam did not depart until 1825 pm. and we had more time spent sightseeing after we checked out minus the cumbersome rolling our luggages with us.

The room (42) was great for our family of five. Two adults and three teenagers. It had everything you needed, coffee, fridge, microwave, silverware & cups. Only downside was the noise from the restaurants next door. It didn’t bother us too much but something to consider.

Hotel is located conveniently between 2 metro stations. Although it is a little tired and carpet in the sleeping area doesn’t look clean, it’s overall a good base for traveling around Paris. Love the colour scheme of the rooms and they look exactly like the photos in the Hotels.com app. And love the lockers for luggage storage after checking out. Super convenient. Will consider booking again if the price is right.

Great property, and I am not sure who was the host but he was excellent !!! If I come back to Paris , this is the place !

We had the efficiency unit and it was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were soft. There was food and beverages in the cupboard/refrigerator that was available for purchase. The unit was nicely appointed. It was only a couple of blocks off Boulevard Poissonnière. But I knew when the metro passed under the building. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping us cool when the day was warm. Still, I would stay at a BEAUQUARTIER location again.

A very modern and clean apt with everything u need smack in a location that has so much to offer! Not our first time in a beauquartier and def won't be the last! Thank you for an awesome stay!
