Not a good experience. The hotel is in the middle of town renovations (surrounded by bulldozers, barriers, and no access by road). It was extremely hard to find access to the hotel (had to take a one-way street, park on a delivery spot to check-in) and there was zero communication from this property on how to access the hotel. Because of the renovations, they had no parking options, I had to pay to park at a nearby parking deck but the walk from that parking to the hotel felt incredibly unsafe (homeless people accosted me every single time). Drinks were good but food was terrible (worst fish and chips and Cesar salad we've ever had). Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Incredibly noisy from the road work that started at 6am. I do not recommend.

Unbelievable - we turned up on Friday 13th October for our booking to be told the hotel were overbooked and they had no room for us, I have since seen my credit card statement and they've had the cheek to charge our card. Not only were we left high and dry on a busy weekend in Marseille, we've even had to pay for the privelege.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will stay here again and would recommend it. Breakfast is included and dinner is available in the hotel’s terrace cafe with beautiful view of the city. Walking distance to several restaurants and train station. Public bus is free within the city. Great location and overall a very excellent place to stay.

Clean and relatively comfortable. However, the front desk are not thorough and unapologetic. They mixed up reservations and forced us to sleep in twin beds instead of a double bed. They offered no compensation though we asked several times. They also said they had forced two women who wanted twin beds to sleep in a double bed earlier the same night...

In general a good clean hotel only 20 minute ROM Downtown Marseille. The staff barely Speak English and it was hard to communicate. Breakfast buffet was ok but the bacons were almost Raw. When I asked the lady that hey I like my bacon to be crispy she smiled and said yea me too! Not sure if she did understand me or totally ignored me.

Considering that this was during French lockdown the hotel was very welcoming. Breakfast was accommodated by a server rather than buffet but there was still plenty of choice in the continental breakfast. Rooms are modern and comfortable

We did not stay at this hotel. It was extremely difficult to get to by car, with very poor roads and is in a very sketchy neighbourhood. So very clever photography, hid the truth well. We were not happy to stay after seeing the hotel and its location in person, as we were concerned for the safety of our car and ourselves. We got a very rude reception on arrival, the clerk simply asked for our IDs without any greeting or welcome and then refused to cancel the reservation. I think that most of the reviews are probably fake.

Location is perfect, 5 min walk from train station, close to everything. The room is spacious, quite impressed. Bed is clean and comfortable, the front desk is helpful. Express breakfast is ok, the rooftop area where the breakfast served is amazing with overlooking the city. One thing particular, the hotel charged my credit card too early prior to the regular check-in time using a different vendor name even when I chose to pay at the front desk, which led to subsequent credit card blocking in concerning my card had been pirated. Guest shouldn't be charged prior to the regular check-in time.
