This is not a 4 star hotel. The room was dark and stuffy and stinky. The lobby was under construction hammering away at stone while we were having breakfast. The noise was deafening. The only good thing about it was the dinner they served at the restaurant which was quite good. The window in the room was broken and did not close all the way so you heard the very busy road underneath all night

Disappointing. Chosen due to car parking availability. Bedroom was comfortable and clean but lift was broken during our visit so had to carry bags from basement car park to 2nd floor. Breakfast following morning was terrible - coffee machine broken, no hot water, buffet of cooked food looked inedible. Staff not interested.

Rooms have coffee making machines and not kettles so if travelling with a baby it is difficult to get boiling water. In general their facilities for children are limited - only one highchair in the restaurant which was being used when we chose to dine! Service in restaurant for dinner was very slow with minimal staff and a menu with limited healthy options. Breakfast staff very attentive and helpful. A good hotel with secure parking and within walking distance to the cathedral but sadly let down by its restaurant.

Modern hotel with great fittings. Food was excellent. The room was very quiet and the bed/linen exceptional. Would have given a perfect score was it not for the fact that I was charged incorrectly for the room which was pre-paid. This was easily sorted.

Initially placed in a room that hadn't been cleaned, but quickly moved to another. The place is fairly standard, not sure why it rates as four stars. Breakfast buffet was nice, but you pay for it. Fifteen-minute walk to the center of town. Overall not bad, just not great.
