the property was in a superb location. 4 min walk to annemasse station where busses, trams and trains are. and 7 min walk the opposite direction to a tram stop coming directly from Geneva. however google maps will help you out! the hotel was surrounded by lots of food places. the only downside is there is no staff for check in it’s all outside via an AI tool. we did have no issues but for someone not tech savvy this may be difficult. there is a number to ring if anyone struggles.

Good location,clean and tidy , decent price.. only negative was room on the main street . Not the hotels fault but youngsters on mopeds revving and up and down till past midnight..

Ao entrar na propriedade o cheiro é muito desagradável e infelizmente no quarto também. Cheiro de esgoto. Os funcionários atenciosos,café da manhã bom.

The stay itself was great, I cannot fault the cleaners and the service. However, the communication regarding my room requirements and not addressing my message from 2 months before my stay was very disappointing considering I was staying with a relative and we were given a double instead of 2 single beds. The room was comfortable and well-maintained.

La chaise de ma chambre s'est cassée et je suis tombé en arrirère on m'as changé la chaise . Il y avait dans ma chambre n° 303 une très mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain que j'ai signalé . Et pourtant je viens chaque année et il n'y avait jamais eu de problèmes.

Have to buzz to get in. Not 24 hour reception. Very close to railway station. Easy to get to Geneva Airport.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property let us know that there is no air conditioning at this time of year (April) with highs in the 70F. Plus side it did have a window to open but was loud outside until late in to the evening.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It was very good for the price. I really liked the shower and bathtub.

5 stars, because everything was very well organized, the room was spotless, the amenities were good, the bed was very comfortable, and the heating was good. The breakfast was delicious; it was a small buffet, but it had everything you need for a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Oh! Regarding the location, I read in the reviews that it was very far, but it didn't seem that way to me. The train and tram stations are very close; the train station is a two-minute walk, or possibly less, and from there you can get to trains everywhere. The tram station is 10 minutes away, which isn't far either, and there are many restaurants nearby. For film lovers, there's a cinema right on the street behind the hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes! Absolutely. You just need to know how to use the right transportation to get to Genoa and the surrounding area, which is 25 minutes by train and 45 minutes by tram. It only costs €4.90. Thank you very much for making my short stay comfortable.

Accueil parfait, personnel à l'écoute, aux petits soins, très agréable. L'hôtel est calme mais parfaitement accessible grâce à la gare : train et bus. Proche de nombreux restaurants et commerces.

Au vu du système de surveillance sans l'entrée de l'hôtel, on se demande ce qu'il peut se passer sans ça... Sinon chambre classique, propre, chambre vieillissante et tres tres mal insonorisée, j'entendais les gens parler dans la rue amors que j'étais au 3eme étage

Clean and safe. Easy acess to stores, restaurants, and shopping. Room was clean and smelled nice. The staff were nice. Breakfast was good.

L’hôtel est situé en bordure de la zone piétonne. Près des restaurants et des boutiques. Tres pratique. Pour le stationnement, on utilise le stationnement payant et l’hôtel accordé une réduction de 30%. Le stationnement est à 2 minutes à pied de l’hotel. Très pratique.

The manager is rude

The hotel was okay, but there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even when the window open. The cleaning was well done, so no complaints there, but in these circumstances (of someone smoking inside the room) they should wait before putting the room up for another guest.
