My friend and I asked for two rooms and that they be near each other. The hotel, Campanile Le Mans Centre Gare, is conveniently located near the train station, bus and trams. Our rooms are always clean, with excellent A/C, which is a high priority for us, we both have breathing difficulties. Their dinners are great, but mostly, the 2nd shift staff, are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The Manager has 25 years experience in the hotel business and speaks several languages.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to access location, directly adjacent to the train station. It is also easy to access by car. It isn't too far from the old town for dinner and sightseeing. There is limited parking on site, but there is a large parking garage next door.

I found the staff very accommodating despite the language barrier. The view from our room was lovely and the breakfast was great. There were trams , busses, taxis and Gare (trains) very near the hotel. The restaurant Thailand Food WAS INCREDIBLE!!

Very nice welcome at 9 pm, very helpful, courteous staff, I was travelling alone from the UK. Room nice & clean, quiet, comfy bed, all amenities, kettle for drinks. Nice sized room overlooking the train station across the road which wasn't imposing. Have stayed twice before, very convenient for absolutely everything convenient

Overall good, we had a nice large room, breakfast was good nice large choice, evening meals not too good and expensive for what you get, reception girls do the cooking which is ready prepared so only needs heating also not much choice, give it a miss

The parking was secure as far as I could tell, but I do not know if the gate checks were adequate as we were not asked when we left to identify ourselves when we left. We are English and it would have been better if the staff serving us had a basic level of English and/or the menus also include English text.
