It was a gated, safe hotel that met all our needs in one place. Food options in the restaurant in the hotel were excellent. After a long day of traveling, it was so nice to eat in the restaurant downstairs and just go upstairs to bed.

Very nice setting, staff and facilities. Very good restaurant and excellent breakfast buffet. Located within a two minute walk to the bus stand into town.

Quiet property with secure onsite free parking. Rooms are extremely quiet with fast free wifi. Staff was excellent. Breakfast is extensive, but the coffee is from an automatic machine just like everywhere else - so really bad coffee in France! We walked into central Aix and it took 25 minutes on quiet streets. Many restaurants close by.

I booked late and arrived at 11.30 pm and they did not have any room. They gave me a room that had already people inside sleeping. Everything chaotic, dirty and very bad experience that finished at 1am leaving the hotel without nowhere to sleep.

Hotel not central but very easy to get to with public bus number 4 from city centre.
Great hot and cold breakfast which we ate sitting on shady terrace. Very relaxing start to the day.

I liked very little. The menus in the restaurant have very confusing prices. For example, a tea with the euro 14,50 lunch is advertised at euro 2. I took the euro 19 lunch formula and my tea went to euro 3 with no explanation. The manager was not helpful and, in fact, really rude!
