Very well located. Only disappointment was that the hotel car park was full. If the website had made clear that this needed to be booked, I would have done so. As it was I had to lug heavy bags quite a distance with no offer of help. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent

Arrived Sunday afternoon, all lights in reception were off and felt very unwelcoming. No heating in room was very cold. Was told would turn thermostat up but made no difference. Radiators cool, room cold. Unpleasant damp smell in bathroom.

Lovely hotel right in the centre. Comfortable room, good bathroom with lovely toiletries. Tasteful decor in communal areas.
As it is a small hotel it’s a good idea to inform them when you will arrive.

I am extremely cross that they took £70 out of my account on the day we arrived and then took another £120 when I left
And they now say I will get the £70 back in a few weeks !!!

Really good location. Room not huge but very comfortable. Bathroom was very big though and very nice.
Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Secure car park was also a bonus.

Oh my goodness, what can I say about this hotel except you must stay here! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. On arrival the excellent signs guide you through the narrow streets to the hotel garage. Make sure your book a place as they are popular & there is no real obvious alternative. The welcome from Cindy could not have been warmer, check-in super quick & we were soon wandering round this beautiful city as the hotel is in the centre. The room was beautiful with lovely views of the streets below. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom huge & there was no noise all night. Breakfast was not the cheapest at 9 euros but exceptional in every way & well worth it! Only tiny negative was the door handle had been fitted the wrong way so you had to hold the door knob turned to unlock the door! Love this hotel & will definitely be back.

The hotel was well placed for restaurants and a pleasant walk by the river. Staff were very helpful and English is spoken if speakkng French is a problem. A good stopover.
