We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clarance Hotel, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the property has a great deal of traditional charm. It’s very walkable to the cobblestoned old town with lots of dining options and lovely little shops.

Is a beautiful hotel with great features, I had room no 20 which is outside the courtyard.That particular room is very noisy due to heavy entry door and noise from bar , kitchen and workers. Curtains do not fit properly so outside lighting shines through. Lovely hotel but needs some thought if called a 5star.

Beautiful property in Lille. The room was spacious and inviting, while the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Breakfasts were lovely, and dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. A great stay in a lovely city.

Very disappointing stay. The building is beautiful, but the structure has not been renovated so one hears any move from your neighbour which results in sleepless nights (confirmed by 2 co-travellers). The first breakfast was a disaster, it felt like an event place run by a stagiaire and not a Relais Chateau. Save your money and go to Novotel instead.
