Rooms and hotel very tired. Rooms were not cleaned, beds not made and no more provisions on second day. Run out of tissues, nearly out of toilet paper. Rooms and hotel in general smelt of sewage. reception rarley opend. Could not leave bags. Owner very huffy when we asked for two tea bags on second day. Wish Hotel.com had not listed it. Worse hotel I have stayed in for a long time.

The location was good and the hotel was clean. The owner was the only person we saw for check in and breakfast and he clearly lived there. His family were using the hallways and main reception area as play space so it was necessary to step over boxes of toys. The hallways were being used to store personal items and were quite cluttered.Breakfast was simple and insubstantial, but expensive. Overall the stay was reasonable value. Service was not particularly friendly.

Very happy with our stay. Large room, comfortable bed & linen, clean & well presented. Kettle & tea & coffee provided. Toilet is in a seperate room to shower. Bathroom - shower in bathtub & there is no shower curtain so a lot of water gets on the floor. Bathtub was old & marked but not an issue as it was clean. Good heating. Paid Parking on street in front of hotel or free a street or two away. We stayed on weekend & it was free parking on Sunday. Only negatives were no shower curtain & got woken up by neighbour coming in late (doors close together & noisy) friendly host. Good position.

My room looked nothing like the photos. It was old and in need of refreshment. It was clean though The air conditioner didn't work well. The temp was 35°C outside and quite hot in the room. In the evening I opened the windows to cool the room. When I arrived the doors were locked and I couldn't get in. Repeated knocking and ringing of the doorbell did nothing. I phoned the hotel and was told I had to wait outside until check in time at 4pm. It was 3:30pm and 35°C outside. There are plenty of hotels in Agen at the same price. Pick one closer to the river and avoid this hotel.

Very helpful front desk staff. Nice little game room to hang out in. Not the best area but walking distance to restaurants and shops in the nicer area of town. Walking distance to the train station and river.

The word I'd use is seedy. On the second floor, there were mattress against the wall, along with building materials. The deferred maintenance throughout was eyeopening. The furniture was old and surface bare. The toilet area had been cleaned but bore the 40 0r 50 years of usage. A bunch of somebodies must have like this place, but I don't know how. In a 3 week Southern France tour, this was by a wide margin the LEAST appealing hotel we stayed in.

Nous avions une seule serviette de bain pour la toilette du corps lavage des mains.les toilettes sont dépourvues de la lunette.d.assise.pour le petit déjeuner il y avait un manque de lait.En bref passez votre chemin au moins vous ne serez pas déçu.

Il est 4:30 du matin je suis encore dans le lit de l’hôtel et j’ai hâte de le quitter. Nuit épouvantable dû à un bruit récurrent dont je ne parviens pas à déterminer la source. J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à m’endormir et ce bruit vient de me tirer de mon sommeil. D’autre part, si vous avez des problèmes de dos comme moi bon courage avec la literie ...Elle est trop dure pour moi. Bref si je dois revenir à Agen ce sera dans un autre hôtel.

Pour un hôtel 3* je me retrouve dans une minuscule chambre vieillissante, vue sur cour avec vis a vis direct, le double rideau auquel il manque 3 crochets fait laisser aller, la SDB pas rénovée depuis trop longtemps et petite, un pdj cependant copieux
