The bathroom exhaust is not working.

Excellent customer service nice & clean, great buffet breakfast included.

Comfortable beds. Clean spacious rooms. Good location for visiting OL Stadium. Good breakfast in the morning. Plenty of paid parking.

Rooms were great. Large size, beds were comfortable, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Not signed as a hotel so not the easiest to locate. Only after parking at the rear of the block we saw the reception sign. There was an extra cost for parking. No bar or restaurant onsite but only a 10 minute walk to the central plaza with a selection of eateries.

It was very cold, really cold. The Internet is awful.. The breakfast is between bad and average. First day there was a meat, on the second cheese on 10 days or more.. Just.. Pfff, don't even try

Flawless, no complaints

Reasonable hotel if you can find the entrance. We searched and searched.. there is no obvious way to enter the hotel and no signage at all. In the end we tried our luck with an intercom and luckily made contact. Hotel if fine all round, but a it in the middle of nowhere

Very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend. Very affordable price. Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

Close to airport and parking convenience, we had trouble finding he place because our GPS did not want to accept the name Saint Priest even though it is a large city near Lyon. But once found, it was great. The information on Expedia said we should contact the facility in advance to get access to the room, but the hotel is staffed 24/7 and we had no trouble getting in.

service was very regular. the hotel in general is just good for short stays. but its worth the price

Good place, clean but not many places to eat around. Also no bar at the hotel.

Great value. Had minor issue with one of the room readiness. Nice and friendly staff.

The front desk and night time receptionist demonstrated extreme courtesy and assistance. His level of service was remarkable and outstanding

Good parking for free in exchange for wifi not working

Nice place that looks recently renovated. No complaints except we could not get wifi to work and there was some dirt on the floor.

Good place to stay near Eurexpo without paying the high prices

Comfortable room and bed; can make coffee/tea in room; good internet service; bathroom floor is all on one level (sink area, toilet area, shower area) with drain in the floor, slight slope to the drain, and a glass door separating shower area from toilet area - water from shower finds it's way to the sink area and the toilet area. Refrigerator did not work in the room (#222), but desk staff was kind enough to let us store some temperature sensitive items in their refrigerator. Could not print our airline boarding passes, either by putting them on a flash drive and using the lobby computer to access the front desk printer, or by e-mailing them to the front desk as an attachment for them to print (front desk did not receive the e-mail before we had to leave for the airport, approx. 5 hours after sending). Main daytime desk staff spoke English, but the overnight desk person spoke very little English, so communication while trying to get our boarding passes printed was a challenge.

Hotel was very good, room was spacious, ref, microwave, sink etc. staff friendly.

Much too far from Lyon centre, one hour or more on trams and metro. Very little to see or do and no restaurant / bar. Room was adequate and clean and staff helpful but would not stay here again
