Hotel staff rude, hotel did not have lift,i had carry our luggage to the 2nd floor our self no assistance. Washing facility in the room very basic . Rooms was very cramped . No much space on the ground floor reception area. Tried to see if we can seat outside. No bench or any seating facility out side hotel grounds, Staff did not allow us to take stool out side to seat either. No storage room either for leaving baggage. It was worst place i have ever stayed. · No lift. room cramped rooms . No assistance form staff..

Small room for 3 people .WiFi not very fast.ect...

The reservation was cancelled without any message to me, l was told when l tried to check in that night then l found an another 3 rooms about 15 minutes drive from that hell.this was unacceptable.

Teavel with adult children room not comfortable afraid to turn sheets down only one towel in room charged for three. Towel was an oversize hand towel. Shower overflowed to toilet area drain extremely slow.

each Morning Something missing at breakfest buffet no juice/ jam bread.coffee terrible.

Great one night stopover, a lot of young people there, but a nice vibe. Good parking, especially for me on a motorbike. Espresso maker in room too, nice bonus!

Not recommended if you are only looking for a night stay close to the CDG airport as it is far by road unless you will take a bus or public transport.The accommodation is cheap but it will cost you Euro 50.00 each way by taxi.

The most scary, horrible hotel experience of my life!! There was a rickety fence around the property and the neighborhood was super sketchy! We were here for one night and the only thing left near airport. NOT near CDG at all! (I would've rather slept in the airport) The room was small and sheets were dirty. When you showered in the filthy shower water poured all over the bathroom floor. Nasty. Our nonsmoking room was filled with stench of cigarette smoke. As was the whole building. The people in the other rooms were hanging out in front and in the lobby. Lots of noise and questionable activity ? Do they live here? We weren't sure if we would make it through the night! The only good things about this place was the receptionist who was helpful in getting us the heck out of this place in the morning asap. Bus stop was close. 1 1/2hour ride to the airport but worth getting us the heck out of here! Ladies, don't stay here alone like we did! I didn't dare tell my mom where I was. (This review is no exaggeration) Unfortunately.

The staff at the reception counter was very helpful. That is probably the only positive factor for this hotel!

Catastrophique, impossible de dormir à cause de bruit d enfants jusqu à 1h du matin c est le pire séjour depuis 20 ans que je frequente des hotels !!!

La chambre empestait la cigarette... Pendant que j'étais sous la douche vers 17h30, une dame (celle chargée du nettoyage au 3ème étage) a tenté de s'introduire dans la chambre sans frapper à la porte et lorsqu'elle a vu la deuxième personne dans la chambre, elle a refermé la porte sans aucune explication, ni excuse.

Hôtel correct, la personne à la réception était très professionnel et sympathique. Hotels.com devrait seulement préciser que le parking est payant (2€/nuit).
