The stay was pleasant. But desk area was always busy and therefore help was minimum. Elevator was very small and large tour groups were ther with a lot of luggage which cause bottle necks. The hotel was quiet spite the numbers

Clean, convenient, comfortable, friendly staff and excellent service. This is a great hotel to stay. It was only a few steps from the vatican, very central to everything. Very friendly staff who handled all our needs promptly and courteously. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

I’ve been to Lourdes many times and tried many different hotels, but for a 4-star hotel this one is sub-par. The cleanliness left things to desire, and when you have a toddler with you crawling around on the floor, it is an issue. The breakfast is said to be continental but is basically just some bread, plain croissants and some jam, and is way overpriced considering what you get. On their homepage they say that they offer airport shuttles, but what they mean is that they will call a Taxi for you. The location of the hotel is very good, the water pressure in the shower was good, despite being on the sixth floor. the working air-conditioning unit was a lifesaver. The staff is friendly and multilingual. They were very helpful, especially the young lady in the breakfast lounge. If you visit a place like Lourdes you don’t expect to be in the hotel a lot and can overlook most of the flaws, but traveling with a toddler you spend more time at the hotel and for a 4-star hotel, there are better options in Lourdes.

This very centrally situated hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were well furnished, maybe not newly furnished but very comfortable. It's bonus was, for us, off street parking in a small underground car park a few metres over the road. With such torrential rain, it was worth the €15 not to get wet and have the car so near to unpack etc. We only stayed and did not try any meal plan. The downside was the very abrupt attitude of both the check in and check out staff! Even if you are under the pressure of serving a few people, manners are everything!

We stayed 2nights at the hotel and were very impressed with how clean it was. It was also very close to the grotto and church of the immaculate conception (5-10mins walk). There are several cafes and restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Thin walls made it a little noisy with baby crying next door. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location-unless not so good walking uphill - 50-100m up incline. Parking available on request £13/n otherwise onstreet tariff.

Very well centrally located. Nice and clean - lobby, rooms, dining area. Desk staff pleasant and helpful except on the morning we had to leave, there was no one there (at the desk in the lobby) to help us get out. The doors were locked and our cab driver was waiting - we were very nervous about getting to the airport. Other than that everything was fine and we would be happy to recommend your hotel in the future.

This hotel is hidden and far from the grotto. The room was clean but very plain and not very comfortable. I have stayed in Lourdes before and this is not one I would return to.
