Big and clean room. Nice bed.

Clean room, very friendly and multilingual staff. The room was very spacious, very clean with bathrobes, slippers and towels provided. Excellent location for La defense arena with shops and eateries surrounding. We also had breakfast which included continental and hot breakfast options; very tasty and again very friendly staff. My only small issue was that our room was not ready, despite being able to check in from 2pm, when we arrived at 4pm we had to wait nearly 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready but this would not stop me from booking this hotel again.

I liked the hotel overall and the surrounding area even though it was far from sightseeing. The breakfast area was very nice with lots of options and very friendly and helpful staff. The AC did not seem to work properly throughout my stay which is not good during a heatwave which was the case during my stay. But the staff put fan in the room which helped. Housekeeping though did not typically replace things that ended like tissues or body wash and that too was not good at all. I like the Hilton brand but this one has some catching up to do. If I go during winter I will consider staying here depending on price.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity of transport links and parking facilities. There is a choice of the metro or the RER so access to visit the sights is quick and straightforward. Parking was a little difficult to find as we turned up in the evening the car park entrance was closed. Through contact with the hotel via the Hilton app, they said to use the exit. For anyone travelling at night to the hotel with their car, the exit is literally the next gap which you enter and then on the right you can access the entrance - note do not go up the ramp of the exit! It would be helpful to have information about late night access to the car park on the Hilton website. Check in was simple and the rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of floor space for a family of four. Showers were fab! For a business hotel that gives good transport links can recommend for short stays. Food in hotel was lovely but expensive as to be expected in hotels but beneath the hotel there is a selection of restaurants and a carrefour market.

Great hotel in excellent location, close to shops and metro station.

I came from the uk, I have a receipt for the city tax and was changed more - I did email them but they still haven’t got back to me, I also had issue about someone going into my room and asked for the log for the keys and still haven’t been sent this, when I checked out they told me they will take the city tax out of the 150 euro but after I left they charged me the city tax - no verifying I’m getting the 150 full amount back as of yet. My room was okay, still can see little dust and dirt especially around the bathroom. The air con makes a very loud scary noise around night time waking you up. My sisters room had no air con and they said they would fix it but they did not. Which was a shame as this is one of the reason we decided to stay here. Overall not a good experience from such a high end hotel. Also no help with baggage going in and checking out, not very nice at all.

This is in very convenient location. Easy to transport as train station is just underneath. Trains are running even at midnight. Even with family and kids I feel safe staying and travelling in trains at midnight. This hotel is Much recommended.

No AC.. we cannot sleep at night AC is not cooling. I asked for an electric fan and front desk said they are all out which means no AC in n the hotel. Finally my 3rd night they have available fan. When you pay a good amount of money you will expect that your stay will be comfortable but its terrible. It was set to 65°F but room is 77 °F. In celsius the room was set to 18.5 °C bit room temp is 25°C. Sweating all night. Ridiculous..

Hotel is located in the shopping mall, so rooms are looking inside the mall. It was clean and good for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good.

The location is ideal for people who want to stay away from the rush of Paris but want a easy metro connection to everywhere within 15 minutes. Very safe and good dining options

Far from city attractions

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were decent sized. It’s sits in the plaza above the metro and is very convenient for accessing the city. AC worked great. I would definitely stay here again.
