Parking was easy

Friendly staff. Room was clean and well maintained. Location was quiet. Easy parking.

Accueil très agréable de la part du réceptionniste. Chambre en étage comme demandé, lit grand et trés confortable ainsi que les oreillers. La télévision est un peu basse mais ça n'est qu'un détail, salle de bain avec baignoire. Double porte d'accès à la chambre. Par contre les cloisons sont minces. Petit-dejeuner très copieux. Nous reviendrons.

Everything was good.Air condition was not cooling properly.

Excellent room, very clean, large comfortable bed. Very good bathroom. Restaurant was excellent food and service. Perhaps more expensive than usual Campanile food but much superior to the usual. Will certainly stay there again.

Basic hotel / motel room on an retail park out of town . Too far to walk to town for a meal. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good for the money.

Clean, tidy and comfortable room at a good price.

They couldn't find my reservation had to wait for half an hour to check in. Hotel is clean and decent but not worth the money I paid in my book.

This hotel has no frills but it was clean and the food in the restaurant for dinner was very good!

Absolutely wonderful hotel and lovely staff

Room and bathroom clean. The disappointing experience was that the room had an unpleasant odour. It was a non-smoking room but from the smell it seemed that previous guests may not have complied with this hotel guidance.

Hotel is quite a way (uphill) from Millau centre so quite limited for eating out in walking distance. Hotel has restaurant and there's a Buffalo grill about 250 metres away. Pleasant stopover. Thanks.

It was fine good value

clean, quiet, refubrished modern, basic room. That is what we needed! Clean and modern bathroom!

Just an overnight stop during a longer trip, to a reasonable hotel in a lovely area. I used to use the Campanile chain a lot many years ago, but this is only the second time in 3 years I have done so recently. Reception went well and I was given a twin room on the ground floor right next to the car park - it was a 'disabled' room with a 'wet room' rather than a shower, and also a connecting door into the next room, which thankfully was locked - I tried it! The room was clean but a bit sparse compared with previous experience - no kettle or coffee making facilities any more, got ot go to lounge and pay for it now. Aircon was almost silent but worked well, but the extractor fan in the wet room was noisy and would not switch off all night - oh, and the bed creaked every time I moved!.Also, that connecting door meant I could hear almost every sound from the room next door, luckily they were quiet. It was amusing when they first came in to their room, watching to see how long it would be until they sneakily tried the handle on the connecting door - about 2 minutes! I ate dinner elsewhere, but breakfast the next morning was tasty and plentiful. Plenty of free secure parking and a lovely area to explore - would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, I felt the Campanile brand had dipped a little in quality over the years, but the price was still quite high.

Lovely comfortable room, slept well

Perfect for an overnight stopover on our way to Spain, the room was nice with adequate facilities. Restaurant good, with nice buffet, shame there were so many flies landing on the salads, a little more attention to this would have been good. However, happy with our stay & will hopefully stay again, would recommend.
