Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again

My bad for not purchasing the parking before I got there. The address from the web site to the property did not work because of the one way streets but we got there. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and it was such a great location to walk to all the things we wanted to see.

Great staff. Thomas was very kind to us. We did miss a coffee maker in the room but there are plenty of great shops nearby. Loved Strausbourg and loved our hotel room here.

Location was excellent,close to city center by 15 to 20 min walk.it had parking which was very convinient.staff was very helpfull and kind. Gabe us information about the erea and booked us place at resturants for diner.mostly recomended

Arrived with my brother to find that we were allocated a double bed rather than the twin beds I thought I had reserved. Apparently no twin bed request came through to the hotel via Expedia (which I used to book) - my error? Staff were apologetic, did provide a separate duvet and free beer 😄. We also found that while he shower was superb, the sink hot water tap only trickled out. The breakfast at 18 euros each is not good value. Otherwise , a very nice location

The stay was very good. Walking to and from the parking is a bit inconvenient. The fitness has great equipment, but if you do not have an iPhone, you cannot connect to the built in screens which have no Bluetooth, nor is there a ledge to hold your android phone. Soaps, teas and coffees were excellent.
