Great staff. Thomas was very kind to us. We did miss a coffee maker in the room but there are plenty of great shops nearby. Loved Strausbourg and loved our hotel room here.

The front desk people are awesome , really helpful and they have drinks for customers ( glugwein).. and lemon water , coffee is also available. But the service at the front desk is excellent, will come back

Location was excellent,close to city center by 15 to 20 min walk.it had parking which was very convinient.staff was very helpfull and kind. Gabe us information about the erea and booked us place at resturants for diner.mostly recomended

Poor conditions , service and attention.
Front desk not helpful at all ,
Parking availability is only for 5/6 cars ,
So u have to hurry about for check in ,
Very very small bfast area and you have to wait for que ,
Overall
It doesn’t worth its value at all ,
Price - performance balance is very poor …

Inhospitable. Uncomfortable. Rude, arrogant and/or indolent staff. Definitely not a 4 stars, but a 2 for a very charitable evaluation. We could write an essay about why this hotel is so bad; in a few words, if one doesn’t care about comfort, a sense of privacy or a relaxing break and looks only for a convenient location to sleep for the night, then this is the right choice for you.
We’ll definitely avoid this hotel when we’ll return to Strasbourg. Worst experience of the last two decades of travelling.

We got to the hotel early and they had our room available. The young front desk team is professional and friendly.
Room 109: comfortable bed and nice separate bathroom. However, the room had no heat so a space heater was provided. Also this room is over the parking garage entry door opening, it is noisy.

Arrived with my brother to find that we were allocated a double bed rather than the twin beds I thought I had reserved. Apparently no twin bed request came through to the hotel via Expedia (which I used to book) - my error? Staff were apologetic, did provide a separate duvet and free beer 😄. We also found that while he shower was superb, the sink hot water tap only trickled out. The breakfast at 18 euros each is not good value. Otherwise , a very nice location

The stay was very good. Walking to and from the parking is a bit inconvenient. The fitness has great equipment, but if you do not have an iPhone, you cannot connect to the built in screens which have no Bluetooth, nor is there a ledge to hold your android phone.
Soaps, teas and coffees were excellent.

Just perfect! The service was brilliant, incredibly friendly team who couldn’t do enough for you. Lovely hotel, great room and breakfast was good too. Location is super for walking to all key points in the city of Strasbourg. Best hotel during our trip. Parking very secure

My visit to this Hotel was extremely good. The staff were very friendly, courteous and informative to my needs, especially with regards to the on-site parking which saved me a fortune. The location for Strasbourg was good, as it was close to the centre which made my trip far easier. The rooms were clean, well serviced and comfortable. The breakfast was good, food selection catered for everyone, just what I needed.
