Hotel on a great place in Charleville. No lift and we had a room on 4th floor. The staff was very helpful but the hotel was not open when we wanted to check in. Otherwise very nice and enjoyable.

Hotel De Paris is a nice hotel run by very nice people. Unfortunately, I was a little misled on its hotels page thinking it was in Reims where the champagne area is. Instead it is in a town 45 minutes away without any champagne tours. It's a nice hotel if you're randomly looking to stay in this sleepy town but if you're into champagne - stay in Reims or Epernay.

De kamer die wij toegewezen kregen was zeer gedateerd - bed was slecht en oud.
Andere kamers leken gerenoveerd, maar daar was bij deze kamer geen sprake van.
Die wil je toch niet meer aan gasten aanbieden!
Het ontbijt was goed, de ontbijtruimte was ook zeer goed en aantrekkelijk ingericht

Dans la description de l'établissement et sur un écriteau à l'accueil il est indiqué qu'il y a un parking ......bin non pas de parking. On a trouver 1 place à 10 mn de l'hôtel....
Dans 1 chambre ( j'en avais réserver 2 ) pas d'eau chaude ( j'ai fais couler l'eau durant 5 à 10 mn....) c'est pas bien écolo tout ca....
Resultat : douche à leau froide.
Quand je suis partie, personne a l'accueil donc impossible de les mettre au courant pour l'eau.
Par contre très bon contact téléphonique avant ma venue.
Bonne literie.
Petit déjeuner simple mais correct.

Points positifs : le linge (draps et serviettes) est proprenet la TV comporte toutes les chaines de la TNT :)
Voici le reste : à l'ouverture de la porte, une forte odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre, le bidet bouché et rempli d'eau stagnante, la douche qui a sa propre volonté quant à la direction du jet d'eau et la température.
Le mobilier et la décoration sont d'un autre siècle mais pas chinés, plutôt usés et pas toujours propres.
Il y a 2 prises de courant mais pas à côté du lit et certainement pas aux normes.
Bref, ça va pour dépanner une nuit pour remplacer un camping quoi...

Bien accueillis avant l'heure prévue. Chambre vieillotte mais de bonne surface, la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un bon coup de jeune, la tapisserie aussi. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien et copieux, beaucoup de choix.
