Excellent hotel in the heart of Paris, only a 5mn walk from St Placide metro stop, plenty of dining options within walking distance. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

This hotel and the staff were excellent. I adored the front desk staff Savion, Leticia, Helen etc., they were so kind and helpful. They made me feel like I was a special guest. The rooms are clean and when I needed extra blankets the staff attended to my needs very quickly. The area is beautiful. I live in Beverly Hills so I’m used to beautiful streets. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. I will stay there again and again. I absolutely loved this hotel.

The room did the job. The breakfast/food available was not great. The staff turned off the AC in our room every time we left so we’d get back and the room would be boiling. The reception staff were very nice. In a great spot for exploring Paris and lots of restaurants and lots of food/fruit stands close.

Most of the staff was nice and the bed was decent. I don’t think I have any other positive things to say about this hotel. It didn’t feel clean. We ran out of toilet paper in our room and when I went to get some from the front desk I’m pretty sure he ran up to an empty room and grabbed a used roll. The bathroom had mold around the window. Stains on the carpet. And this may be petty but I didn’t care for the room key situation. They use real keys on an obnoxious key chain and then expect you to turn it in to the front desk every time you leave so they can hold on to it for you.
