Restaurant was very good with excellent staff

Very welcoming and professional receptionists. Rooms are spacious and the waterside ones offer a nice view. Food for both breakfast and evening meal was good.

Quite dated (decor from 60's and 70's like yellow or green sink) but overall good. I scored 4 stars because it would not be fair to other hotels which are brand new and modern. Staff super helpful.

The room was spacious, shower only. TV not working. It didn’t appear to have any Ariel. Food very nice. Good internet.

Everything is fine just the bath fills quickly unless we remove the plug hole completely just leaving it in the 'opening' position is not working.

Beautiful modern hotel, very ckean and welcoming staff. Breakfast is a continental breakfast and was enjoyable. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Lovely welcome, clean, only had basic double room but as we were only there for one night it was fine. Our room had a slightly odd shower room /loo configuration with door to hand basin immediately next to bed so no room for a bedside cupboard. Excellent location and would definitely stay there again. Recommended

We really enjoyed our stay here. The food was excellent. A very convenient location, good for touring and an interesting town itself.

Really convenient for the local amenities. Its quite a quite town but the hotel is on a very quiet bit. The breakfast was great. lovely views over the local marina.

So much better than the 3* suggests. A fantastic hotel in a gorgeous location. This was a proper treat. Plenty of parking out the front and at the rear of the building. Wish we could have stayed longer and we WILL return.

A stay at somewhere we have not been before- the Alabaster Coast. Lots of high white cliffs with small picturesque bays. The hotel is quite large but welcoming. Although 3 star I felt it met 4 stars in most ways. A huge room of 30 square metres, good condition and decor and a fantastic restaurant- rarely for hotel food this was exceptional. Separate washroom to private loo. Very comfy bed and quiet at night. Only downsides were Aircon that was not good enough. West facing so sun straight in during afternoon. Closing the curtains solved this on second day there but hotel could have done this to prevent a hot room on arrival. Opening windows solved the problem but in summer would probably be difficult. Air blown out was cold but inefficient. Secondly the bath had a hand held shower but the fitting was put on at bath level so no effective shower. Just moving it up on the wall would solve this at no expense. A shower curtain was present. Lastly to clarify, we did have coffee making facilities and a fridge. A really good hotel in an unusual position well worth considering. And did I mention the excellent restaurant?!

New, modern hotel overlooking the yacht basin which leads up to the port. Easy parking. Friendly & efficient check in (good English spoken) and adjacent lifts to bright, spacious rooms. Room & shower room (separate wc) were immaculate & the bed super comfortable. Excellent dinner served by attentive staff. Extensive breakfast buffet to suit all tastes. This town is a little out of the way & probably off the main tourist routes. However, if you were planning on staying within a reasonable distance, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel in every respect including value for money compared to other hotels offering a similar or more expensive room tariff

The hotel is right on the harbour with ample parking. The staff are really friendly and speak English. The room was super clean. Not the biggest room, but great for a few nights.

This is a great hotel. Lovely Harbour facing room. Quiet location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Breakfast ok.

Beautiful location by the harbour, lovely hotel and excellent fixed price menu. We will book again.
