Hotel Du Gave

My only criticism is that there was no air conditioning. Other than that the room was fine for what I needed.

The property was not well renovated, but it was clean and the the clerk was very helpful.

hotel needs renovation. you have to hold the shower head while showering. pillow was dirty and had no pillow case.

It just screams please update me! It’s very very very much the same since the 1950 or even earlier! Very small and just well you get what you pay for! lol!!

Near to church

Hotel was good but what stands out the most is the staff’s kindness and willingness to help and cater to one’s needs. In walking distance to Basilica, restaurants and shops so good location.

Nice location on the river, and convenient that they had parking available for us. Staff was friendly and helpful, and patient with us given our lack of French speaking.

Ok property but nothing memorable. Family that owned the place were very helpful

Stayed 4 nights linen etc wasn't changed,room was not hoovered until 3rd day.Carpets in need of a wash or replaced Owner very polite and friendly but quality of hotel just ok , Good location to grotto very quite Street Would not return

the owners are quite friendly and helpful - great mountain and river views from the upper floor balconies make it a special stay - overall a positive experience and would recommend to others as it is great value for the area

Je n'ai pas eu de chambre à l'hôtel du gave, sous prétexte que la chambre avait un problème de fuite d'eau. J'ai été relogé à l'hôtel Peyramal. Je garde le souvenir d'une chambre il fait très froid. , où les lits grincent énormément dès que l'on bouge. J'avais demandé vu sur montagne. J'ai eu vu ce quatre murs. Le petit déjeuner jusqu'à neuf heures et demie au lieu de dix heures annoncé sur le site. Le prix dix euros. Au lieu de neuf euros cinquante annoncé sur le site. J'ai du mal à comprendre que l'on n'ait pas pu me reloger à l'hôtel du gave, puisqu'il y avait des chambres libres. Salle de bain sol glissant, pas intéressant quand on est avec un enfant de deux ans. Vraiment déçu par les équipements.

90% des commerces et restaurants fermé ,chambre était froide ,mauvais chauffage et pas de ménage pendant notre séjour de 3 jours

Ca étais mes sa merite pas un *** cela etant trop simple. Les chambre sont vieilles l'hôtel a besoins d'un coup de neuf ..

La porte de la chambre est bricolée et difficile à fermer, la porte fenêtre du balcon ne ferme pas, pas de ventilation ni de climatisation, hôtel très mal insonorisé, nous entendions marcher les gens au dessus, Pas de va et vient lumière près du lit, WC ridicule : 20 cm entre la cuvette et la porte rendant impossible de s'assoir la porte fermée, lit et matelas correct avec draps propres.
