We stayed in this hotel as part of a trip around France and this was our favourite hotel. Friendly service, we loved our family room and the restaurant is fantastic with great options for kids and adults. Breakfast is wonderful too. Breathtaking views of Mont Blanc from the window.

We stayed over New Year and had a great time. We walked to the Flegere Ski Lift a couple of mornings, (amongst the best 'sun-facing' pistes in the resort) and other times we hopped on the ChamBus across the street from the hotel to get to the other slopes. We nipped in and out of town most evenings to meet non-skiing friends in the centre of Chamonix. The hotel itself is a modernised classic alpine building, clean, tidy, warm & comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the room... Wi-fi free on all floors was from 3 different routers so was always a pretty decent speed. Downstairs in the bar the fireplace was very welcoming and the staff were all good humoured, pleasant company when they had time to chat. Also there's a gourmet restaurant, which we didn't try but it seemed busy every night with happy diners - a good sign. I've visited Chamonix many times since 1997, this was the best all round accommodation I've used. (Location, price, comfort)

Our family of four including two older teenagers had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The apt was spacious with adequate kitchen facilities and amenities if you wish to take advantage of them. Indeed the restaurant was of superior quality and a nice break from fondues/raclettes, etc. All in all, we were satisfied with the room and personnel who were always going out of there way to help us. One special touch was at breakfast when they ran out of chocolate croissants and one of the servers ( john?) made some more especially for us.

Lovely chalet style hotel. We arrived after 6pm and found it difficult to check in as no one around. Great views from our room. Best to park out the front as the basement car park is soo tight, don't even bother unless you drive a very small car. We were on the top floor. With no lift access it was difficult for our family of 5 with 5 suitcases.

Really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff did a good job too make us enjoy staying there. Very close to the gondola to Flegere, 5minutes walk. Improvements area are: - place to dry ski boots - better logistics during breakfast, waited too long for the food
