Pre-arrival communication created high expectations; however, none of the requested arrangements were in place upon arrival, highlighting a gap between promise and execution. The check-in experience requires improvement. The reception process lacked efficiency and professionalism, which negatively affected the first impression and suggests the need for stronger front-of-house training. The room was modern, clean, and well maintained. However, it was excessively cold on arrival and required nearly two hours to reach a comfortable temperature. This was particularly inconvenient while traveling with a baby, where immediate comfort is essential. Overall, the physical product meets expectations, but greater consistency in service delivery, guest readiness, and temperature control is required to align the experience with the standards the hotel aims to project.

Location was excellent. Close to Champs D'Elysee.The hotel was modern and clean.We did not appreciate the staff not being truthful with us.The ac was not working.They said they would fix it.We ended up with a fan as our ac.Not comfortable.We asked ( in French) 3 times for 2 separate beds.They gave us 2 single beds on a single frame.NOT what we asked for.On top of that, our room, #100 was bordering the guest lounge and breakfast buffet area.I have never stayed in a hotel where outside our door was a lounge area and 5 metres away peolpe were having breakfast-07:00.

Front desk is excellent. They responded promptly to all of your requests. The bad part was that the tea cups in the room were dirty. They probably washed them in the bathroom and kept them back as I saw coffee and lipstick stains on them on day 2 post house keeping.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The décor is beautifully done in a contemporary style, everything was spotless, and the service was truly exceptional. We had a wonderful two night stay at Hotel Ekta. We booked the room with the two bunk beds and a queen bed. Perfect for a family of four. We also accidentally left our passports in the hotel safe. We realized many miles away. The hotel handled all of this incredibly and we were so thankful. Also, this hotel is in a perfect location. Just a few blocks from champs de l’eysee and arc de triumphs.

We were so impressed about every aspect of our experience at Hotel Ekta. Every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly warm and friendly. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. Every inch of the hotel is spotless and clean. Rooms are very comfortable and beautiful design throughout the hotel. The location of this hotel is also very central and easy to get around by walking or taxi. Would highly recommend it and stay here again.
