This hotel is away from the city Centre, however, the are buses that stop near the hotel that take you to the Centre. We found it a friendly hotel with clean rooms, for a short stay it is a good option.

Staff very helpful, room not over luxurious but exactly as required. What stood out was the excellent dinner, pleasant wine, and convenient location for anyone on that side of town, perhaps visiting patient at Oncopole Hospital. I would definitely book there again.

Hotel staff was amazing. The room was clean BUT we were on a road trip and we had food in our bags. Ants invaded our room in the morning unfortunately. Room was also a bit moldy smelling but it was clean other wise.

Forte odeur de javel dans la chambre. La dame a l'accueil a spontanément et très gentiment proposé de changer de chambre. Mais entre le bruit de la VMC, la lumière du boitier derrière la TV qui eclaire toute la chambre et le détecteur au plafond qui clignote toutes les 15 secondes, c'est compliqué de s'endormir. La télévision n'a fonctionné que la 1ere soiree difficilement. Le restaurant propose des plats délicieux et variés. Mes séjours précédents se sont mieux passés.

Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood what I needed and he provided it. 3) The condition of the room was OK, but with evident signs of wear. The bottom part of the bathroom door was warped due to the proximity to the shower (bad design). A section of the baseboards was also warped and loose, once again due to the proximity to the shower. 4) The shower is open and it causes water to spill all over, creating a wet mess. 5) The breakfast was very bare and only open from 6-9 am, which was quite inconvenient for my family as we had to wake up earlier than we hoped. And finally, the worst is 6) No elevator available to the top floor where all rooms are located. I had to carry two heavy suitcases up the stairs that spiraled around the floors. I only give this propery 2 stars because it wasn't completely terrible, but for the price I paid, the value wasn't really what I hoped for.

Hotel en bord de route mais la chambre donnée était coté cour, donc silencieuse. Malgré le fait que j'ai ouvert la fenêtre en plein nuit car il y faisait chaud. Drôle de façon d'accueillir le client avec un paiement immédiat et une empreinte bancaire pour parer à d'éventuelles dégradations de ma part... Pas très commercial, et moi qui fait beaucoup d'hôtel pour mon boulot, je n'y ai jamais droit! Surtout que je passe par Hotels.com, donc je suis facilement identifiable...en plus de la photocopie de ma carte d'identité (ça non plus je n'y ai jamais droit!)! Chambre petite, propre certes, mais VMC dans la salle de bain qui fonctionne à fond, avec le bruit qui va avec, toute la nuit, et une porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas bien... Bref, petit hotel qui pourrait être accueillant, mais qui au final ne l'est pas tant que ça.

Hôtel en périphérie de Toulouse au bord d’une route. Quartier sans grand intérêt. Hôtel choisi pour ses chambres sup refaites impeccables modernes avec la Climatisation indispensable et douche moderne. Joli terrasse en retrait pour petit déjeuner buffet correct. Un apres shampooing et shampooing différent du gel douche aurait été apprécié. Restaurant non testé malheureusement.

Le petit-déjeuner est bien trop cher pour ce quelque viennoiserie et un petit peu de salé. Notre chambre le lit trés bien mais la salle de bain la douche fuyait, le difuseur a gel douche pas droit. Et les trous des précédents travaux non bouché.
