Hotel is a good choice hotel off the main harbour of Cannes quite comfortable, staff are friendly only issues we had was first night at accommodation we were woke up by a violent fight in the corridor, then when we upgraded to a suite the rooms safe was broken staff fixed it however bathroom drains didn't seem to be flowing very well

My family and I stayed in Cannes, France for our summer vacation. This hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The staff was so professional, kind and helpful. An excellent staff member named Yasmín, made sure that our stay was perfect. She was always smiling, very professional, and super helpful with any questions or needs that we had during our stay. Another excellent employee named Alireza cooked us beautiful and delicious meals at the hotel’s beautiful restaurant. He was also very kind, helpful and courteous. The whole staff was excellent and always greeted us with a smile and a bonjour :) They helped us whenever we needed help and they also helped us with our French language learning! That was awesome:) It also made us feel super comfortable and welcome. This hotel is beautiful with a beautiful spa and pool that we loved swimming in with our young son everyday. Every area in this hotel is kept impeccably clean. Our room was beautiful with super comfortable beds and furniture and was also very functional. The air conditioning in our room and in the hotel works excellently and it was always very comfortable there. This is a five star hotel in all aspects. We absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning back again for another stay one day! Stayed for 4 nights yhen extended for another day when we extended we upgraded was disapointed as the plug didnt fit the jacuzzi bath and had to get maintenance to come and fix the safe did not work and had to be repaired the bed was smaller than the last room and this is an upgrade also the settee was also marked and could do with a clean and aircon didnt wotk as well in this room when speeking to staff at reception she did t seem bothered and confrontation towards me and then as i walked back towards lifts she was calling me to other members of staff very unprofessional and i wony be using your hotel again

The property was very good. The location 5 mins walk for train and bus stations. A ten minute walk to beach, restaurants and other attractions. Staff, was welcoming, professionals, and had a great knowledge of things to do in the area and restaurants to eat at. What I didn't like was the room's air conditioner was leaking water from the ceiling on to the floor, wardrobe closet and behind the door to room #701. I placed towels on the floor notify the front desk. When I returned from my day out on the town, the same towel was on the floor and the AC was still leaking.It obvious they did nothing to address the issue, and didn't offer to move me another room.....

Nice location. We paid for parking at the hotel but it was a tight squeeze to access the car park even in our standard mini. We didn’t eat at the hotel but many restaurants were within an easy walk. Room was comfortable but the air con made a semi regular banging noise (at least one loud bang per minute) which would be a real problem for light sleepers.

Very nice hotel, close to RR station, fifteen minute walk to the sea. Staff is very friendly. Spa is nice with small gym, pool and sauna included (one hour a day limit). There were issues with our room and we were given a downgrade (never heard of that!) Main complaint is garage, underground, very narrow passages. 380€ down the drain when I scratched the rental car bumper.

Very bad hotel first no parking for your car maybe because you're not French . When I left the hotel they asked me to pay town tax 23.60£ because I already was pay my booking who I believed it should be pay by the hotel !!!

A comfortable stay close to train station. I might worry about it being too hot during the summer, as the room got very stuffy in April (hopefully they have AC, but I couldn't figure it out while there). That being said, I would not warn off people who want to stay here. It really is a very decent hotel for the price, so I could wholeheartedly recommend it.

This place should not be a 4 star hotel. Everything in my room was broken. The sofa bed was broken the cabinets for my clothes were broken too. They Wouldn’t close. The AC was at the lowest on full blast and it was still mid 80s. All in all I stayed because I wouldn’t get a refund. But if I could have cancelled in a heartbeat. Sorry
