Front of house staff especially the lovely lady Mena who assted us with a lovely room. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is dog friendly and our 2 small dogs were looked after well. We would love to return as it was a fabulous experience

Staff was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was beautifully decorated and pleasantly clean and fragrant. I was highly impressed with the consistent care and consideration the staff gave towards customer service and attention.
