The same building with gallery of Lafayette very convenient.

Les seuls avantages de cet hôtel sont l’emplacement, et dans notre cas, une salle de bain neuve dans notre chambre (#106),d’où ma notation de 2 étoiles. Après... chambre soi-disant "confort" (donc plus chère) avec la climatisation en panne avec la ventilation ne marchant pas (un ventilateur portable était déjà présent dans la chambre à notre arrivée, signe que la climatisation était en panne depuis un moment).Impossible d'ouvrir entièrement les portes de la penderie touchant la tablette de nuit fixe. Impossible d'ouvrir entièrement la fenêtre, touchant le lit.Passage au 1er étage par une cage d'escalier extérieure avant d'accéder à un sas pour accéder à sa chambre….Chariots de matériel de nettoyage en permanence dans les couloirs déjà étroits, coffre-fort non fixé dans la penderie, désorganisation totale au petit déjeuner ou une jeune femme était incapable de remplir assez rapidement l’étalage, pourtant pas énorme, de nourriture ou de bouteilles de jus de fruits.A notre arrivée le premier jour, plusieurs personnes du personnel était en train de manger tranquillement leur déjeuner au bar de l’hôtel, repas dont l’odeur n’était pas des plus agréables.Il serait plus normal à mon avis que ces repas soient pris ailleurs, à l’écart de la clientèle.Pour finir, réponse de la réceptionniste sur ma question au sujet de la différence entre une chambre normale et une chambre confort « La confort est plus grande » !!! Je n’ose imaginer la superficie de chambres normales en voyant la nôtre.

Very convenient to everything’ heart of Paris ,Galleries Lafayette steps away and Opera House, The metro ,bus station just around the corner,,,food your choices from fine dining to breakfast, French bakery just step away. My first time in Paris ‘ just perfect’ most of all the whole hotel crew very friendly excellence.

The room we were on first night the shower was broken and flooded the bathroom. We were transferred to bigger room.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was very kind and professional. Perfect location with plenty of dining options and shopping at every corner. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re going to be in Paris.

Great location super central for shopping. Upon arrival the lift was broken for our entire stay, I wish the hotel would have informed me before as I would have made alternative arrangements. Couldn’t have breakfast as the dining area was too compact.

Good location but in complete reconstruction, elevator not working, duct tape and plastic protections everywhere. Didn't feel clean or nice to stay there at all.

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. Should have been 4 star. The team was excellent, helpful and kind. I was extremely impressed. Hope to return in the future. Anne Farrow

I liked the hotel and its marvelous location. I was unlucky as they were in the process of renovating, so was a bit noisy. WiFi service not very good. Keeps disconnecting and I keep telling them to reboot the router

This is a nice boutique hotel in the 9th. Great location with lots of public transportation in the area. Room was very good. Need was very comfortable

The hotel literally is located in the center is Paris, 1 block and a half from the roissy bus stop from/to CDG airport, behind galeria Lafayette store, clean, safe and in good conditions, good price, ideally for 1 or 2 nights stopovers in Paris

Great hotel very close to attractions and shops Easy to get to and a short walk to the train and buses Small room was fine but tiny shower , fine for what we needed as didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Long weekend in Paris. Fantastic location just behind the Opera. Rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was also really good. Only downsides were that the room was overheated and access to go upstairs from the GF had to be via the lift as the card controlled door wasn't working.

Hotel is very central/easy to find. Reception area and staff were very nice and welcoming. Bedroom 301 was small but ideal For out 24 hour stay. We had a twin room which was too warm (November) but AC didn’t work when room card wasn’t in. My bed squeezed every time I moved. Bathroom very clean and spacious. Breakfast wasn’t too great but there was enough choice. Woman serving the breakfast area only placed 4 slices of bread at a time at the buffet despite there being 8 people seated across 4 tables. I’d stay here again and would recommend it.

A dirty Hotel that it didn’t match with the room that they were posted in website. Tv won’t work. No fridge

Simple, no frills and great location for shopping trip to Paris.

Great location and friendly service

Great location!! Very convenient to the Metro and Shopping around the area. The room is very clean. The only down-side is the lift can take some time to arrive/open. But I guess its very typical for Paris.

Great location, this classic hotel is great for a Paris trip, rooms (classic) is OK given your only sleeping in it!, would prefer a little bigger but again typically European, comfy bed and quiet location even room at front. Only negative for me was size of the shower, they are quite small, so OK for a drip down wash. Staff are helpful, night porter on hand for nightcap drinks in a nice bar area. Would recommend for a city break

Staff was AMAZING! Everyone was truly helpful, friendly and accommodating! Check in was a breeze and after we checked out and wanted to store our luggage, not only did the allow us to store it all day, they gave us directions on how to get to CDG. The location was just fantastic as it was close enough to walk or very central to busses and subway! Deff stay here!
