Hotel Paris Neuilly

The room was too hot on the final night.

Good clean room with a great bed. Breakfast is excellent and staff very friendly and attentive.

Absolutely no issues with the hotel at all, room was great, clean, spacious and staff were super friendly and helpful. Only issues was roadworks and maintenance work directly outside the hotel made sleep hard to come by, but the hotel itself was super quiet, no creaky floors or stairwells.

Maybe the bath/shower wasn’t excellent, easily sprayed outside the glass wall that was too narrow. But we were still able to adjust. Lovely clean place to stay

Excellent 6 night stay. Very quiet hotel. Excellent access to Metro Yellow to get to center of Paris and to La Défense and connect to all other lines. Easy walk to restaurants and a MonoPrix. Walk to Louis Vuitton Fondation and rest of Bois de Bologne. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not eat breakfast there. Easier to pop in to the MonoPrix Cantine next door for a café and croissant for like €5.

Close to metro/rer, comfortable bed

This hotel is conveniently located near the Sephora corporate offices, with good food, bakery and coffee nearby. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Receptionists rude, couldn't find my booking before I arrived. Upon arrival despite having booked 1xtwin 1xdouble with both rooms located together, the rooms were on separate floors and both doubles. Reception staff were dismissive and rude telling me that it was my fault for booking through a third party (Hotels.com) and there was nothing they could do as they didn't have the time to separate and remake the bed as a twin, obviously we offered to wait. Then they decided they didn't even have this option and put me and roommate in a room with a 4ft bed! Giving the normal double to the single person, so we had to swap rooms over between us. On the plus side the rooms were pleasant enough, the bathrooms clean. Breakfast I can't fault, although the dining area is at the bottom of an open atrium and my elderly mother was nearly killed when the cleaner on the top floor dropped an industrial sized roll of back sacks over the balcony which missed my mums head by a cats whisker! Upon check-out I asked if I'd had a enjoyable stay, so I pointed out the disappointment at rooms situation, this didn't go down well and I was met with the rude attitude and told it was not their problem. I left, checked my receipt, they'd only charged me for one room, I went back in to be honest & asked if they could give me a token discount of $20 as a good will gesture. BIG ROW ensued. I was lied to and experienced the rudest verbal assault I've experienced!

The area is safe, quiet, very convenient for transportation, but the bathroom is not as expected, the AC/heat not easy to operate. Staff not speaking English

The hotel Neuilly is located just along the Avenue de la Grand Armee in Neuilly near the metro station. The staff was welcoming and helpful and breakfast was convenient. It was a great base for us to visit Neuilly-sur-Seine and ride the metro to downtown Paris attractions.

Nice hotel made so special by the lovely staff! If you do stay there, order the room service, it is yummy!
