Great location, lovely property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in a nice little neighborhood close to two subway lines, walking distance to Monmartre, the Opera and more but tucked away just off the major streets. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful and no issues with any of the amenities. Our room had a terrace with a view of the rooftops around the neighborhood. Weekday mornings we’d see families walking their kids to school. It felt like we were immersed in the daily routines of the local Parisian.

Alfredo was fantastic during our stay and went above and beyond for us. My wife became very sick during our trip after catching a stomach bug and needed urgent medical attention. Alfredo stepped in right away and helped us through a very stressful situation. Not only did he help us find and get connected to a hospital, but he also made sure we chose one that wouldn’t be overly expensive. Since we do not speak French, he even helped us try to call an ambulance and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. His kindness, patience, and genuine care meant a lot to us. You can tell he really cares about the guests and wants to help however he can. In a moment where we felt anxious and far from home, Alfredo made us feel supported and taken care of. We are incredibly grateful for his help and will always remember how much he did for us. Thank you, Alfredo and Hotel R!

Excellent. Loved the afternoon tea. Good location. Close to metro and bakeries. Safe neighborhood. Hotel was very clean and comfortable

We had snacks at tea. Very tasty. Lots of cheese and meats and tiny sandwiches. And a variety of hot beverages. All free

During the first night of my 5 night reservation, I noticed that the button for the toilet stuck, and the toilet would keep running. I told management about it the morning after my night, and they said they would fix it. The next 2 nights I didn't notice the issue happen again. On the 4th night, the issue happened again at 5am, and did not stop. It was so loud that it kept me awake even with the door closed. I told management again, and they said they would fix it while I was gone for the day (tired because I didn't sleep enough). That night, I returned and immediately the issue happened again. It was nearly 2 am and I went downstairs to talk to management for a 3rd time. I asked for a new room bit they said they were booked full. The night manager came to the room, opened part of the wall and made the sound stop. In the morning I spoke with the Owner while I was checking out, and I told her about the whole experience. She apologized and told me she would refund 200 Euros (about 1 night refund out of the 5 nights I stayed). I said thank you. Overall the hotel is fine, and I liked the location, it was just very frustrating to have such a simple repair go ignored after my repeated requests to address it.

Rooms are small but it’s ok for Paris. Little supermarket and apotheke are next door. 15 min walk to Opera and Lafayet Galleries. Couple small nice restaurant two step from door.

Nicholas and the team at the hotel were top-notch. Centrally located in a very nice walkable area. Great shopping and great restaurants all around. Fantastic stay!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful front desk. We loved the king bed, large bathroom with window. Television was small but okay. Great location on Rue de Clichy.

Wonderful stay: beautiful and comfortable room, easy access to metro stops, safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff was très génial. Rue de Clichy near to Montmartre, saint lazare, Galleries Layfayette, great restaurants. Did not receive the VIP amenity though, but ca c’est très bon.
