Stayed 2 nights. Close to the train station and a short ride to old town. AC didn’t seem to work very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood seemed a little iffy but had no problems

I took one look at the room after checking in and wouldn’t even consider sleeping there. I tried to contact you but it was nearly impossible to use that little box. It kept erasing my message when The tried to correct any errors. I finally sent the message with errors but your Ai is bad. It didn’t regard the contend but noted the errors. AI is really problematic for booking properties!!!

Front desk gentleman extremely rude. Not helpful with parking and accused us of letting csts into the garage behind us. When checking out after 3 days the older lady in reception had trouble with running our credit card snd suggested we mydt be over our credit limit? When she tried the other machine it went thru immediately. We were asked to use the same towels for three days when i asked for an extra towel it was really big deal. This is a one star hotel.

the fact that at no point until I was given a sheet of paper at checkin to hotel, was it highlighted that no housekeeping would be available. It wasn’t until I asked receptionist on the afternoon of day 1 of our stay why the room hadn’t been cleaned was it mentioned that it says on the sheet of appear we were given. Pity this wasnt reflected on the price!

Just needed a night stay between travels. The hotel is in a residential area, with a few apartment building, pretty quiet overall. The hotel lobby was pleasant and clean, the room was a little small with the “king size” bed being a “French king”? size… But comfortable and clean. 20-minute drive to the Part-Dieu train station. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel located close to metro station with a few restaurants conveniently around. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. However, the room had a bit of an off smell. I don't know if that is always the case or they were having issues as the next day the lobby smelled like sewer and I got to witness a maintenance guy go off on one of the hotel managers about something leaking and him not being given the tools/opportunity to repair. Maybe all smells will disappear once the issue is fixed? Also (minor) the VIP amenity is free WiFy but everyone gets free Wifi...

Nice clean hotel, the only thing to change is the carpet in the rooms. The carpet looks clean however these days for hygiene and easy cleaning hotels should avoid them in the bedrooms. Hotel fairly well situated not far from public transport getting you to all touristic and shopping sites. I will stay there again.

Our stay was very good, the room was comfortable and location close to the metro. Not many restaurants around but close to groceries, bakery and the an on site restaurant. Breakfast was great, one of the few locations where I was able to find soy milk and gluten free items.

Room was comfortably large and fresh with king size bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is a little out of central area but that is accessible in 1 or 2 stops using close by metro. Street parking is payable Monday to Saturday, hotel can provide undercover parking for 12 euro/day.

Well maintained hotel in a relatively central area of Lyon. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Service was friendly but check in took a little while as there were 2 or 3 other customers who had problems with their keys not working. If you arrive late, there aren't too many options to find a late dinner and the restaurant has a rather limited late-night menu.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was good. First impressions weren’t great as surrounding area doesn’t look great but once parked up in the garage me and my 7nyear old son walked 500m to a bar/restaurant the hotel recommended were again everyone was friendly and the food was great. Very pleasant stop off on our way to the south.
