Great hotel & staff! A pleasant stay.

Property was amazing. Best hotel ever

YAC hotel is immaculately presented, with well thought out and high quality interiors. You can see a clear intention to choose premium options throughout the room and wider facilities.

Check in staff were super friendly. Bartenders need serious training. They will only make what’s on their menu even if they have everything to make your drink. Pool is cute but very tiny. Neighborhood is a little run down but convenient to walk to the metro.

The hotel was very nice. The employees were excellent courteous helpful. It was safe. It was convenient. I loved it. It was in just the right space I could’ve stayed there another month.

A great location in the suburbs for the Olympic Games. I saw many coaches and some athletes , that were staying at the hotel. There were plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. Definitely, would book again.

Staff was extremely rude in accommodating us. Dirty bathrooms and the hotel was in an unsafe and very iffy part of town.

There was a smoking odour in the room. The smoke detector was covered. Room did not have storage space Gel and shampoo were missing

YAC is new and clean with a great staff and friendly service. The price is a good value. However, it is definitely no frills place very low on in room amenities. Small rooms, no work space and not even a chair to sit to get work done. Only paper cups, they did not provide clean towels and no power outlets in the bathroom area. Having said that, the breakfast was nice but not great and they do have adequate work space in the lobby and breakfast area. the exercise room was small with only one treadmill but it was clean. One morning, my shower did not work and I had to rush down to shower in the exercise room shower. We never did figure out why the shower dis not work and when I got back to the room the shower was on. The hotel is one year old and the staff were tremendously friendly. The location in Clichy is not convenient to many Paris attractions and restaurants but Uber was very easy for me. My airport Uber was about 55 Euros. I would definitely stay again.

Very professional and good customer service

Even though we only spoke a little French, it was easy to communicate with the staff. It felt like such a luxury experience. The breakfast alone we still talk about. It was unlike any other hotel we've been to. The pool and the sauna were terrific, too. I hope that if I get to come back to France, we can stay here—10/10 experience.

It was nice & clean!

It's brand new hotel with good location only 5 min walk from the station. Excellent price compare the other hotels in Paris. Rooms are comfortable size.

Excellent, friendliest staff, easy walk to the Metro! Highly recommend!!

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. Firstly very unfriendly staff and unprofessional. Secondly, we were simply tortured by the clearing service. A couple mornings they woke us up and every half an hour they came and knocked on the room and literally demanded that the room be vacated for cleaning. When I went down to the reception to complain about them, I was invited from the boss who apologized with a disgruntled face. Cleaning service is terrible, they do not understand a word of English and it seems that they are in a hurry to clean all the rooms in the morning and leave quickly. We also had an issue with the shower in the room as it was leaking all over the floor, the door wasn’t closing properly. The hotel has few employees and they combine different tasks. Receptionist and bartender are the same person. On Sunday they do not work and there are almost no employees in the hotel. The reception office made the worst impression: their workplace is messy, the check out was different every time, the invoice is different every time. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Noisy at night. On the last night, we hardly slept because the fire alarm went off twice and we had to go outside literally in our pajamas.

Overall our stay was good - the hotel was brand new and the lobby was spacious. However, some of the staff in the night shifts were not the most welcoming, the toilet paper and tissue box were not replaced in our room, the floor of the wellness area (pool) was at times dirty and there were no clean towels replaced. There are a number of different means of transport which are convenient to get you directly to Paris du Nord and Arc de Triomphe by bus.

The room is a bit small (per North American standards) but it was very clean and bed was perfect.
